L.Big mention for Graham the butcher. I called up for a bulk order today and he promptly sorted it out for me. Really lovely guy. All staff really nice at the store and super helpful
M.This store is the mini-me version of countdown 😉. Pretty good service, the check out team are pretty friendly too. Clean premises, displays are spread out nicely but I'm not in the area often enough to be familiar with the layout so had to do a fair bit of searching for the items I wanted. Got nothing negative to say about this place 👍🙂 Overall, a pretty pleasant shopping experience.
M.Had most things I wanted and some good deals on others I couldn't pass up.
Many empty shelves due to Covid shipping disruptions, and outrageous prices on fruit & veg.

T.Plenty parking. Very clean and tidy. Easy to find good. Staff so friendly and helpful. Prices are unbeatable meaning affordable then Countdown and Pak n Save. I recommend Glen Eden Fresh Choice to shoppers. Best Deal. Absolutely, good they return favours to the public that they have notice board. I am a very happy Fresh Choice fan shopper
j.I would have given you 5 stars but after going shopping this morning scanning in wearing a mask and trying to keep a safe social distancing between myself and other people from the advice on your website.
I was shocked to see staff NOT wearing masks how do you expect customers to follow suit if you are not making it mandatory for your staff to wear mask.
The staff are very friendly so this is NOT a gripe at them but management please keep your most valuable asset safe and make it mandatory for them to wear masks under level 3 lock down 😷

The staff are friendly and remember you which is a nice feeling, reminds me of when I was a kid! Parking can be a little hairy trying to pull in and out of West Coast Road at peak times

L.Because it's small and local that comes with small town like service. Kind, friendly and they look like they're happy to serve you any time. The one thing that stands out for me is just how much they are prepared to do to see that you somehow get what you want. That is such a big deal. Many places are like sorry and well that's just end of it. I've lived locally for 17 years now. Since it opened later I can tell you it made quite an impact on my shopping habits when it opened. Full shopping or grab n go for essentials there is a family vibe that keeps pulling you back every time. Good service that I for one have always enjoyed.
A.A nice supermarket in the Glen Eden region. There is adequate parking space provided for the customers. The staff is really friendly and fast in the billing section. Usually this place isnt much crowded and is best suitable for shopping & quick visits. There are wide range of products available to choose from.

C.Don't often go into this supermarket, but everything is easy to find and thevstaff are very helpful and friendly. Especially the young man who was filling up the softdrink bottles and offered to get me a trolley.

H.Nice staff, good meat and veges and everything you need in terms of groceries. I shop there regularly. The only reason I haven't given 5 🌟 is because I think they should have fresh mussels and less hot and spicy chicken nibbles
D.Not as cheap or with as much variety of one of the large supermarkets. It can also be difficult to find a park with the parishioners from the local church taking up all the car parks. Having said that it is very convenient and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
D.More convenience than for a big shop, but if they don't stock something you can ask the checkout to recommend it to the boss.
Meat seems to be their loss leader most of the time, I can feed 2 adults x 2 pets most weeks (meat purchase) for around the $35 mark.

T.Countdowns equivalent of New World. Only buy things from here if absolutely necessary or they are on special.
Staff are helpful and there are small queues which is a plus during lockdown.
L.Friendly staff, good food selection and some organic options. Fresh produce is sometimes lacking in quality. The door is guarded by security as shoplifting is common, according to the 'wall of shame.' Parking can be difficult when it's busy. There are often great buskers outside which play lovely music
A.Nice location, has most things. Parkings a bit tight but you get used to it :-)
C.I loved the variety, it has ‘Gourmet’ type food and lots of nice options for dinner when you don’t feel like cooking but want something more than a frozen ready meal. I don’t like how pricey the place is compared to other supermarkets. Imagine ‘Gourmet and a wide range of products other Supermarkets don’t sell, probably doesn’t come cheap.

J.I really enjoy the staff members customer service. All very friendly and helpful. They have the best deals also if you spend $50. Just last week I got a discount. 20c for anti bacteria hand wash. Made my day!

D.Nice store to grab something that is not available at your local dairy if you live in the Glen Eden area but as a supermarket the range is limited. Meet and fish sections are especially small. The discounts are not as good as at bigger supermarkets.
A.A very good shop I like to shop there friendly staff and one girl helped me take my shopping to my car I don’t know her name it starts with o the service is wonderful. Parking can be better
M.I only went to fresh choice for 1 item I had forgotten. In the process my car key fell apart and I had to search for the pieces. I retraced my steps and 2 of the staff helped me successfully find the bits. I am so grateful as the cost of a new key is a few hundred dollars.
T.Good parking, wheel chair friendly. Bit pricier than normal supermarket but great french bread. Good variety of products.
A.I didn't even know Fresh Choice existed until was staying in Auckland every weekend and my friend introduced me to it. Great customer service, a little bit pricey here and there, but overall not too shabby :)

L.I love the staff they are fantastic but one woman there I won't name her can be quite rude at the cashier and grumpy. If you know Glen Eden Freshchoice you will know who. The parking is horrendous at the best of times but as Glen Edenites we just grin and bear it. People constantly park in the "expectant mothers" parking and the disabled park which does my head in. Rubbish bin outside front door is sometimes overflowing out onto the footpath (really bad looking & smell) when it does.

J.This place gives such a good local vibe and the beer battered fries are the best I've ever had. The staff are very friendly and chill and there are a lot of places to sit inside and out. Defintely worth a visit when in Titirangi!

S.FreshChoice is like a large four square. It is a tidy and well-presented shop, by doesn't appear to have all grocery items like the bigger chains.
D.Out of the alternatives Fresh Choice Glen Eden has the shortest queues. I refuse to wait in a line of 10 people when 3 out of 10 checkouts are open in Countdown. Keep out of there, I like no queues.
