It's OK, service was OK. Not particular friendly, no smiles no greetings. To be honest, being a regular shoppers for Japanese goods, we get way better and Consistent services at both Daiso Stores in CBD and St Lukes Mall. Both staff at this Japan Mart Sylvia Park store at the counter looked tired and overworked and this was only 1030am on a weekday morning. Kmaybe it's Xams rush but is that an excuse? (You can decide on that)..Shop is tidy and clean. Prices are not the cheapest around but all items are from Japan and they carry certain lines of snacks you can only buy here at Japan Mart. You can buy some of similar snacks but Korean ones, cheaper at Pak and Sav or New World. Plenty parking around the corner but getting in and out of Sylvia Park can take up to 30min during peak hours so allow plenty time. Recommending a visit as parking is definitely easier than Newmarket Store.

You can go into the store without queuing under this lock down. You will find so many mark-down products at an expiry food section (especially this time, Nov 2021). All the staff are very polite & have excellent customer service skills.

It's cute, the staff there are very attentive, super OCD and very sweet and giggly haha 😁✌️😂 they don't sell alcohol, and the Japanese alcohol store next door wasn't open when I went there today. The pricing is affordable, but the beauty products... Wow haha 🤣 $30-40 for a shampoo. Must be some amazing ingredients or maybe just pricey shipping/import prices lel. Btw they sell frozen wagyu for hotpot etc 😊

Feel like in Japan the first moment you step in A wild selection of Japanese imported groceries. Love goods from Japan thou the price is a bit high Still a nice place to visit 😊

Really couldn't find all the bits we wanted for our sushi meal. Did get pockets and pickle though.

The only Japanese mini supermarket in Auckland and possibly New Zealand, given no comparable ones, it's a 5 🌟. Staff are the most courteous you can ever experience in this country; reminiscent of sales staff in Japan. Prices are not cheap but given the small population here and Tokyo Foods being a sole importer and monopoly, you can get away with cheaper alternatives. Th variety can improve I hope.

I love go to this shop for by a Japanese grocery's. the shop is clean and tidy, there are so many new and fresh Japanese groceries here. Of course, these products are AUTHENTIC you know... The stuff was nice and polite Japanese person. I normally come back every half year to this shop. I can't wait back to Japan Mart again :))) Cheer!

They offer a great range of Japanese supermarket items that otherwise would be difficult to find. The staff were friendly and helpful, I always enjoy stopping by while at the mall

has all thing Japanese, love all the different Beauty products aswell as ther food section and confectionery section. Alot of different varieties of items. From household everyday items, too food and drinks, frozen food. A+++

I always find something here that I like. Good selection and variety of items. Not a lot of space to walk up and down the aisle if there are large numbers of people in the store.

Slightly expensive, but still worth a visit. Japan Mart is like the Daiso stores you can find in japan, but with a bit more variety. I personally get my quick fixes here as shipping from Japan takes forever.

Great ,went with a friend to get empty teabags make your own tea,not available but came away with miso soup,a puzzle fizzy drink(how to open it) a fun item for the grandchildren and snacks...

My wife go's there to buy some food she says it cheaper that anywhere else. It was tasty and yeah it was nice.

Good place to shop with friendly helpful staff. Also has the added bonus of having a Japanese liquor store nextdoor.

I like the wide range of products, it's a shame they don't stock much stationery but otherwise great shop and so clean and tidy

Great store love going here to try different Japanese snacks and drinks some of the snacks can be very expensive but this is understandable being that they are exported from japan

Good Japanese and Asian stuff, price is ok. Food, ice cream, nappies, kitchen ware etc.

Lots of the hard to get ingredients available here, I go to stock up my pantry, and next door I get my sake.....

There are many Japanese product... Nice Japan store

bought a stainless steel flask today. very good quality, reasonable price.recommend if you can find what you need.

They have a wide varieties of Japanese product. The best stock in Auckland.

Merchandise are relatively expensive. Prefer to shop at Daikoku which is a lane opp Queen street.

It's bigger in Sylvia Park. Remember to have a look at their liquor next door; there is Japanese whiskey and wheat shochu there.
