Kim was so helpful in putting together a gift box for a team I was wanting to send a thank you gift for Christmas. She made the whole process so easy and it was shipped out by the next day. Thanks so much for making an extra effort to ensure a Christmas gift arrived on time. Kim stayed in constant contact with me after learning my November order had not arrived, which was collected from her by couriers promptly after I placed the order. Exceptional service given by Kim and her mother in law who made the delivery to my door.
