Has what you need ,alot of meat selection.
Shelf are stocked always on my visits.
Staff working hard.
Never really see costumers asking where anything is,because shells are stocked and never an empty spot on shelf.

P.Great little store that is always nice and tidy and most times have fully stocked shelves. I love the deli section with the wide variety of meats, salads, etc and the meat is definitely topnotch. I always get great service and it is always a pleasure shopping here.
d.One of the tidiest supermarkets I have been in. An enjoyable place, polite staff. Don't like watching raising the prices on items that sell well and that are all some people can afford. My shopping experience damper is the manager in the carpark preaching to everyone standing in line. "It's covid, 2 meter spacing, be nice, we are just trying to do our jobs"....we get it bro, we are adults as well, give it a rest mate.

M.My go to for shopping always! The deli the options great store! I visited tonight and was met with the lovely girl at the deli very friendly and helpful unfortunately I didn’t get her name.. as I proceeded to the counter with my late night grab and go for tomorrow..I haven’t received my new club card yet as I’m waiting for it in the mail, Benjamin was so helpful explaining he could search for me in the system! Awesome I never knew that he then went on to explain the process of using my store card with not actually having it in my hands! Thanks for your kindness tonight guys

J.Clean tidy shopping experience. If you have a wheelchair or scooter for mobility be aware aisle’s can get difficult to navigate at times when crowded so shop off-peak if you need to. Mobility parking available outside front doors

C.Exceptional quality in here meaning the delicatesen food is class A standard. Delicious food of high quality. Very pristeen clean surroundings instore which really impressed me. I will be back to shop here regularly without a doubt. Wonderful staff here too very helpful.

6.Very new store so yes, it looks fantastic. Counter staff are great too. Some items have a rather limited choice though. Overall pretty good. Love the fresh fish here

M.So good. Had everything I was looking for. I was putting a jar of ginger in my trolley and accidentally knocked an extra jar off the shelf which smashed everywhere. I told a very kind staff member that was down the other end of the aisle as I was concerned about the broken glass and that someone might also step on the ginger leaking out. She was so kind and had promptly
cleaned this up. The lady behind the lotto counter was also very kind as I had wanted to buy a lotto ticket to send my Mum for her birthday but it was before 9am. Good on you New World for selling lotto tickets before 9am! No other supermarket seems to do this.
D.I do appreciate this supermarket. However, I feel like they went a little overboard with all the COVID-19 safety measures.
It sometimes felt like the staff were revelling in the fact that they could act like military personnel. It was genuinely uncomfortable to be around. As we entered into level 2, I found myself frequently shopping at other supermarkets, purely to avoid the queues and other security measures that took place at the entrance.
I remember one of the security guards once saying “why have they still got me here?”
UPDATE: Where are the baskets? You’ll spread germs just as easily with basket handles as you will with trolley handles.
W.This is my new favorite supermarket.
As you enter the store you are greeted by smiling faces, there's barista coffee to be had as you start your shopping, everything looks clean and fresh. It's will set out, the checkout staff are friendly, I mean genuinely friendly. And as you leave you can purchase your lotto ticket. And get another coffee after the hard job of shopping. ;-D.

N.Not the largest supermarket, but certainly the best staff in Papakura. They're helpful, courteous and uplift the whole experience. They have a great deli with plenty of hot items to choose from and a fantastic bakery with stunning offerings as well as your classic pie or cheese scone. New World is on the slightly more expensive side but it's always a pleasure to shop there.
m.The best place in Papakura to get quality produce. We love the hot foods to go, the deli, the seafood section and the weekly Club Savers! Very nice staff who always wear a smile !

K.The staff here are fantastic! I went in on xmas eve to get a leg of ham to cook for xmas day. The deli staff cooked and glazed one for me while i was doing the rest of my shopping. They even decorated it with cherries and pineapple. This saves me so much oven space and time on xmas day. Excellent friendly service. Thanks heaps Papakura New World!

A.Lovely new modern New World, had a great deli which we easily picked stuff up for a quick healthy lunch. Same layout as others so found way around easily. Will be back for a full shop sometime soon.

D.New world used to be a place you could go and buy the unique brands and quality produce, seems to have downgraded to just another supermarket supplying the same generic products.
That being said it is ok has most of what you require for your weekly shop.
C.Packing my own groceries and the paper bags breaking isn't part of my normal shopping experience
I felt sorry for the checkout operator as the guy who packed the persons groceries in front of us had walked off and didn't come back So we had to put everything we could on the conveyor belt or hold items so we could put the groceries in the trolley again and it wasn't a small shop
Then started packing otherwise were we ment to just stand there ...which we had waited ut hadn't seen anyone bothering to come and pack
Considering I have a disability found this poor practice

B.Ive jst moved to Papakura & really like the New World here. My only complaint is not enough checkouts which makes things quite slow at busy times bt all staff are friendly & helpful the the deli & ready meals are great. Nice store layout too & bright & airy.

A.Preferrex geocery store. I LOVE that they have self check outs. It just sucks they close early. Wouldn't it make sense at night hours to have 1-2 checkouts open, and four self checkouts open. That would mae things so easier.

Wide variety of meats and salads.
Worth for the price.
