Great click and collect but I would advise you go in person if you can, to sort out your produce as this can be a little unreliable at times with fruit and vegetables looking a like they were picked by Mr. Magoo! Otherwise great range and a great team handling that side of things.

Really spacious and clean . Would appreciate if the store displays my Sanitary Pads which are stayfree maternity because I had to go to the Lincoln Road branch to buy them. Also I would like Pak n Save to start doing deliveries like Countdown and other groceries shops.

Reopened on 21.9.2021 after renovation. Big aisles. Choice of food okay. Signages are still not up yet to guide customers where the different goods are. Entrance concept is unusual as you see the special offers first and the fruits and vegetables are last seen before the checkouts. Meat in refrigerators are better for keeping the power consumption down. The area built for the self-payment counters are way too small cos the shopping carts are big and occupy a big space between each terminal.

Seafood section is really small but milk products and meat section is great . We need better ice-cream brands for sure. Some of the items are quite expensive. Whittaker 4.79 -when all other oak n saves are selling it at 4.29. Some of the items are pretty expensive here

Very new and well spaced. Organisation and layout of this supermarket is different to other existing Pak n Saves. Produce is right in the middle before checkouts and everything in fridges and freezes are lined up on one side of the building. Not the biggest branch but easy to navigate. Generally has most supplies and stock needed but find lack in variety in some areas. Have noted that the signage for each aisle to indicate what is stocked there is not clear at both ends and if new to the store, will be difficult to find things if just there for a top up shop.

A lot of pros and cons. Pros - We thought the covered park, escalators, very helpful staff, Fruit & Vegetable Dept, and new store layout were excellent. But. Cons - Even taking into account the new store is much smaller than Pak’nSave Lincoln Rd, that’s no excuse for basic out of stock items i.e. Pam’s Lemonade, Pam’s Chick Peas, Sanitarium Vanilla Soy milk, no stock in Bulk Bins of sultanas, and dates (as at 10.30am Fri 22/10/21). If these items were in stock we would have given 5 star.

Nice new store, layout is new so takes a bit longer to find things, I'm sure that will change with regular use. Product prices are competative, so pays to look online to check. Great to have the store open again, and bigger and better, especially with the inderground carpark, but no disability parking spots in underground. Go check it out, well worth a visit.

Maybe I'm just a bit stuck in my ways and expectations, but the layout of this store really threw me. There are a lot more vertical fridges with doors and handles, which I'm not sure is smart in a Covid world and I couldn't track down a number of things on my list (despite going around the aisles pretty systematically). Essentially, I went to check out the new store because I'm nosey. I daresay I'll visit again but I don't see myself becoming a regular shopper.

✅Love the underground carpark - although getting down to it is bit like 'snakes & ladders'. ✅Beautiful store - everything's so sterile, shiney & bright. ✅Love all the chillers/freezers. I'm not keen on the aisle layouts (2 'wings' - I get its the space/area of building). Deli & Seafood bars - I prefer fresh, where I choose the amount I buy. And, I get it reduces food handling. Also not keen on mussels in bags; again, prefer to be responsible for choosing & knowing the shells are unbroken. ✅I'll use this store if I'm in Henderson, otherwise back to my regular, Westgate✅ for me, which is closer & quicker to get to.

Went shopping there recently with my grandma, who has a hard time walking recently. Despite it she insists on doing her weekly shop. I just want to acknowledge and thank a worker there, a guy named Sovon? (I apologise if this was wrong, I only had seen his name tag for a second) This shop was particular difficult for my grandma, but he really went out of his way to help her, from directing and guiding her to the bathroom, to providing her a chair to sit on while I load her groceries at the checkout. My grandma and I are truly grateful for his thoughtfulness. Made the shop so much easier with his help! Thank you again!

I have been a customer here since 2003 and not much has changed however I think that is good. Why because you have sensible way of setting your aisles up with most important food on entry. And you don't go filling the aisles with confectionery stands that encourage our babies to want sweet things.

A smaller pak n save store as compared to the others in the area. Good overall shopping experience nevertheless, given the nice and helpful staff. The car park is large enough and parking is always available. The products are well maintained and displayed too. The regulation low prices also make a big difference. Well recommended as always.

I like this supermarket. It's in a convenient location and they usually have some extra specials. Good car-park. They have big massive signs stating that anyone who parks in the disability car-parks will be towed. Great to see these very clear signs

Plenty of parking available on a Friday afternoon. Entrance/exit way into the shop is small, awkward and becomes easily congested. Shop is small and seems much more cramped and difficult to navigate then other PAK'nSAVE supermarkets. Seems to have the essentials though and probably quicker to navigate if you just want to pop in and grab a few things. Needs better air conditioning during hot summer days. Staff were friendly.

I regularly shop at PAK'nSAVE Lincoln Henderson. I used to shop at Countdown but because the prices were so good at PAK'SAVE I changed supermarket's and I don't miss them packing my groceries. I take my own jute bags, to stop using plastic ones, which are no good for the environment and the operator is kind enough to drop the articles in the bags as opposed to dropping them in the trolley. They always have some " super low" specials and this certainly helps with my budget. The staff are always cheerful and helpful and I am extremely pleased that I changed Supermarkets.

When I shop here, I feel unsafe. The parking lot is dangerous. I feel like I am going to run over by everyone! Lots of trolleys. But the shop feels like it needs a good scrub. The floor looks dirty. Not a place I like coming to do my shopping. We usually go to Lincoln rd PaknSave. The variety of products is good being a smaller PakNSave. The staff look miserable. We only come here if we are short on time, otherwise we make the trip to Lincoln rd. Sorry!

Most staff are very helpful and friendly, one or two inclined to be excessively suspicious of customers though and question them for stealing without any reason or observation. Good selection usually, my family and I do our weekly food shops there and have no issues - carpark is small and not well set out and parking wardens are very rude and seem like they are just trying to make money out of it, would suggest that pak n save change companies ASAP as these guys have ruined a few people I know's experience of this store. Inside - great! Outside - not so good...

This paknsave is alot cheaper then Lincoln rd paknsave . We did two full trolleys of food at henderson which came to 350 . At Lincoln rd we would have only got 3quaters of trolley load for that much money . I know this as I'm a community worker in a residential home and we have to do our shopping at Lincoln rd paknsave . For two full trolleys it costs us 600 . You do the math. We are trying to get permission to do our shopping at henderson instead of Lincoln rd . For family's henderson is the best in west auckland for pricing that I have used for our shopping
