A big enough outlet. Onsite parking 🅿️ is available. Self checkout out is available. Plus a Pak n Save fuel station (91,95 petrol & diesel) is available. Fairy well maintained comparatively to Clendon and Manakau outlets where I usually shop if I happen to choose a Pak n Save. But displaying offers were not properly done on the day I write this review and it is the day I visited.

Such a lovely store with lovely workers! This is my go to for grocery shopping every Wednesdays. They are always fully stocked and I know my way for everything as all their items are where they should be and is so easy to find. Meat, fruits and veggies are always fresh!

The best in Auckland. Nice and tidy. Most of time the price is cheaper than the other pak'n save. Plus cheap gas station.

I’m a frequent shopper here, what does that tell you? Good prices, good selection, lots of good specials … I’ve always rec’d friendly service who usually take you to what you need help to find. I’ve learned to say “Please just tell me, or point me” as they are usually busy restocking products etc.

I enjoy shopping at pak n save. The staff are helpful the range they carry is fantastic and the shop is very well laid out. Easy parking.

Was outside blasting the music, lifted the spirits of a few, frowned 🙁 from a few, mate lighten up and go get you pot scrubbers my man 😆 It's what you'd expect, but one thing I liked was the click and collect staff, was very helpful. We'll done guys, good stuff.

This is a superb store first tomr ive been there for years, the store has a great selection of ready to eat deli andnormal meals. I was impressed by the cleanliness and service ess great. AAA + rating from me...

My first visiting experience to pak n save mall was quite exciting ! The place is easily accessible because of its convenience location! There are different variety of choices like; packed foods, kitchen materials, vegetables, cosmetics, sprays..... The price is affordable and the cashiers are warming! Its is without doubt a place one should visit!

Very well stocked and spacious. Easy enough to find items. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Very spacious so even during peak times you have space to manoeuvre trolleys. Abundance of parking. Centrally located.

Considering we are currently in level 4 lock store is well stocked and prevented. 24/08/21 7 pm que is long. What ya going to do but wait be patient and kind. Be safe

Great service. Great specials on at the time while I was shopping. Little less variety then countdown up the road and a few out of stock items I wanted but overall a really good store to shop at. Will be back again.

A bit too small and some price tags are massed up and some are missing. Need better management.

Always clean surfaces after use. Runs smoothly lots of produce and shelves are full. Specials on everyday. 👍

Clean store with plenty of stock. 15 minute queue to get in at 10am on a Friday. The outdoor car park queue is exposed to the weather, park in the underground car park for a shorter queue and to keep out of the rain. Social distancing under Auckland covid alert level 3, including floor markings inside and outside so people queuing can keep their distance. Masks are not mandatory in Auckland but it seemed strange that some staff wore masks and others did not.

Clean store, plenty of room to move around and shelves were stocked

Great place to shop and the staff were very helpful

The layout is typical of supermarkets with the soft vegetables early in the shop and the harder products like milk, cheese tined goods later. Apart from that the store is well laid out, well signed and stock levels are good. The staff are friendly and accurate when asked for product location.

My shopping experience was surprisingly pleasant,just one drawback is the queues waiting to get in which translates to a parking problem at times..but popularity is a nice problem to have

Shopped here for years but moved out of the area so used our local but came back to do this weeks groceries and remembered why I loved it here. Everything I normally shop for was fully stocked! 😃 One of my favourite Pak'N'Saves ever!

Busy still good deals most the time. when they have product but the prices not up had to ask for help got it straight away so that was great. Need more people working checkouts not many open.

Handling themselves well, especially in a lockdown & the the volume of people. Line moved surprisingly fast given how long they've been. Not everyone's experience though 🙌🙌🙌

Very busy there today. Parking area full. Had to go round couple of times. Did not try under over cover parking. Managed to get everything on my shopping list. Big shop, as it was for my work.

Easy and quick. You're in and get what you need to then you're out. No hassle.

Shopping here has made it easier. Being a short term caregiver I don’t often get asked or see many wheelchair friendly trolleys at other supermarkets, but was very impressed with the security guard who offered! Thank you.

Shopping in Mondays here is a bit more pain free and less ghetto. I'd recommend it

No $2 specials yet cos the store manager wasnt available to show them to the customers Otherwise still my favorite PaknSave store in Auckland presently . Also I noticed some of the prices not showing on items and in the wrong sheves too. So I bought 14 grocery items this week 7/3/21 for $75 & $25 left over. Not bad thanks all the same PaknSave Papakura See ya next week!

Not the best PAK'nSAVE I've been to. Average deals compared to Manukau and other PAK'nSAVE stores. Same with range and selection - average compared to other stores. Would have thought the Papakura store would have great deals like other stores being a lower socio economic area. When I lived in Kapiti recently, their PAK'nSAVE had much better and very regular deals and they're meant to be a high socio economic area. Doesn't make sense to me. Papakura is definitely the most expensive PAK'nSAVE I have ever been to So average range and average prices.

If you get the right butcher lady you can off cuts of lamb for cheap, just have to get their a the right time... Can get three meals out off these off cuts...

Best PaknSave for us ever I have visited. Very organized and specious. Staff are welcoming and courteous.

They say not to panic bye which straight after notice supermarkets were total. We left our shopping until a couple of days after and as like last time none of this and none of that. Shop normal we won't run out yeah right.

Always do my shopping here. In store deals are always good. Can get cheap deals on meat too, just need to really look in the packaging. The place is always tidy but some areas in the store can be over crowded with boxes and stock.

Ample underground covered parking, as well as open space parking. Both provide suitable disability spaces. Good ranges of fresh fruits & vegetables to decent cuts of meats, breads to large choice of frozen items sweet and savory. Lotto is available if required also once you pass through checkouts.

Wide variety of goods available. Nice and clean.shop. Just one negative, the girls working in the deli looks so unhappy, no friendly smiles, no customer service, keeps customers waiting at the counter, there were 4 girls behind the counter and they all looked like they don't want to be there

Clean and tidy but they are a bit rough with the fruit and veges and chuck them around a bit. Staff are helpful and cashiers friendly

I like buying the fish here coz they always sell the fresh ones. But I had an experience that the price of pineapples in the data base upon paying was $1 higher than the price on the shelf.I was lucky I checked my docket before going out. I went to the customer service and I was refunded. But it had lessened my trust. Now I need to review my docket when shopping.

Affordable prices sometimes, Some security guards take their "authority" way too seriously. Staff are friendly and helpful. The store is very tidy and have a lot of stock on hand.

Heaps of parking , clean trolleys, the shop is always well stocked. One of the cleanest supermarket. The shop offers good bargains.

I find this store is very well presented, always fully stocked, vibrant atmosphere and well lit lightning. The staff are very friendly and willing to drop what they are doing to help show you where something is located. There is plenty of parking in the large car park and this site has the pak'n'save fuel facilities. And always has NZ's lowest prices :)

The lines to the counter are always long. Maybe more staff is needed?

Mondays are comparatively less busy, especially in the evenings.

Tidy and the staff are pleasant. Often find stock missing from the shelves so you won't always get the same products you saw the week before.

This PaknSave has the very Best baker . My favourite Ciabatta buns , yum , their variety of sweet cakes orso excellent.

This is one of my local supermarkets.. I regularly shop here because of the competitive prices of goods.. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is also ample parking space with parking spaces available underneath the supermarket.. My top choice for shopping..

Had everything i needed and stire was managed well during this trying time.

Helpful friendly staff operate this store. Always clean and fully stocked. Fishmongers, and deli always have fresh fish and meat which is well presented. Good range of brands for most if not all products. Also hosts a popular lotto booth and dvd rental box that has family friendly movies. A Bonus is being able to select your choice of music to hum to while your walking around. Ample parking both ground level and basement. Always plenty of large and small trolleys. Security people work night and day giving a sense of safety and order.

Very polite and reassuring checkout operator as I managed putting my groceries on the counter using the trolley to balance. After an operation, my crutches were in the trolley. Take your time there is no hurry was reassuring. Thank you

I loved the meat dept. Nice thick chops and thicker cuts of steak...cheap pork..the lamb roast prices were out the gate.

My go-to place to do my grocery shopping. Good deals and great variety of products and goods. Nice and clean.

Good supermarket with reasonably priced food items. Nice bakery section. Plenty of space to navigate the trolley in the aisles. They also do yummy pies!

As with all Pac nSave's this store has a lot of variety. Set out well, very busy when we visited. You cant always get specific items but for pricing its the best store to shop at for groceries

Great value and friendly service

Like most Pak n Saves, they are very clean, plentiful, easy to find what you're looking for and helpful and friendly staff. I always come here to shop. Love this place, and will always come back. They have great specials constantly running and won't trap you like New World or Countdown (1 or 2 things are on special and everything else is 3 times the price). Go check it out. And check out their cool DJ sound system.

I find a few of the deli people don't act very nice - I avoid it if I can and wish they would get some friendly staff who have some customer service skills. I do find this is quite a tidy store and easy to navigate and love the service in the bakery.

On average, Pak'nSave prices lower than other major supermarkets. This branch has underground car parking and is easily accessible to motorists, I use public transport and there's a bus stop very close by. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Like the prices, we get ALOT more for our money. Aisle/product setup are a little confusing though...e.g. toilet paper can be found down the bread aisle. I think cleaning/laundry/food wraps etc should be shelved down the same aisles. Other than that, ka pai.

This is the best paknsav In south auckland. It is the tidiest and most well stocked store. The aisles are nice and wide and there are always enough checkout staff to ensure queues are kept to a minimum. They also have friendly staff like Sam who has helped me multiple times over the years shopping here. They have 6 self checkout lanes and ability to click and collect.

Had what I needed Stocks of some imported products low on shelf as can be expected with the current situation

For a pak n save it is reasonably pleasant. The checkout staff are great. The thing that let's this place down for me is that they consistently run out of items. I don't know any other supermarket that does this on a regular basis.

Big open space between rows, shortcut by entrance to skip fresh produce or follow the stream and have a look at everything. Specials located by entrance but you can also find the product on its normal spot. Clean bathroom. Not alot of boxes to pack shopping but less to recycle at home.

From outside it might look smaller - but once you step inside it's large and covers wide variety of grocery items that you expect from Pak n Save. It's a prestine clean store with friendly staff. The fruits and vegetables were very fresh and some of the specials were great. The underground parking is the best place to park specially when the weather is temperamental. Wednesday evening seems to be quite day so if you want to shop with less shoppers around then thats the day. You can get the community feeling in the store as I was greeted with smiling faces all around.

The one pak n save that I love so much. There's no foul smelling fish area and poultry, meats are all nicely packed. Unlike some places where the packing leaks and soggy looking. Overall really happy with this pak n save.

This place is as good as any other P'n Save. They didn't have a couple of things that I usually can get but it is a tidy place & that's always a plus for me.

I had place my shopping order online and when it came to the day of picking it up, I got a call that my card decline, no worries just removed a few items that wasn't needed, anyways customerservice was very polite👌 the guy had all the patient in the world to wait and deduct the products 1 by 1 and actually let me go through my list and take out the products. so thank you papakura customerservice and thank you to the guy who has alot of patience and helped wish I had the guys name to type down and give him more props for great quality customer service happy customer 😊

It's a big place with plenty of parking both above and below ground. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's not my local as I live two areas over but when I do shop there, the experience has always been good

I really love pak'n'save I must admit, it actually is cheaper than other stores like new world for the exact same products. I don't know why or how that is but it's awesome, I do save a lot when I go to pak'n'save. It had many conveniences, like how bright and yellow it is and you can spot it from miles away, how the parking spaces are convenient and they often cater for people with wheelchairs. Great place!

My favourite grocery store around here - mostly for their check-out speed. They just don't have protein cookies. Order some and I'll never go back to countdown :P

I was impressed,a large shop...great bargains and selection for shoppers.Only my second visit...

The people at Pak 'n Save are very helpful. If they have a different size trolley at their counter they will wait until you unload your groceries and put them back in your own trolley. They now offer paper bags to purchase which is obviously better for the environment. Although one drawback is they don't have handles.

Its a Supermarket, plenty of parking, the wife's favorite place to shop for groceries.

Prices are not far off countdowns, annoyed that sometimes they will have no cheaper brand product like (value) that are usually available, so your only option is to buy the next darer brand of product. Usually toilet paper dishwashing liquid ect.

Good variety. Delicious vege savoury rolls in bakery. Best thing about the store - you can pick songs to listen to, while shopping

Lovely staff and had a great experience where another customer helped me load shopping into my car as I was struggling with my 2month old as he isnt very well atm.

Beware of the pricing. Quite often a product has a special price on it but when you pay that's not the price being charged. I have only picked this up as I only purchased a few products and did the calculations before I got to the checkout

I don't like when staff give me that funny look looking down on me every time i there and they when restocking always push the trolley in my way and start laughing not good cause i take my kids there.something I don't understand these 3 of the staff that do this so sad.

Love this place. Is mostly the cheapest place to shop. Just watch out when using the pedestrian crossing by the pick up for online shoppers....look both ways before crossing.

They are treating us like sheep again with one entrance heading to the far right of the shop make me walk a mile to milk. You dont know how to layout a shop correctly I want to go in through the center and walk into the correct isle, pay and walk out.

Great customer service, plenty of parking and wheelchair parking available close to entry. Also get a discount on gas using your receipt at pak n saves convenient gas station on site.

This is a nice, clean and tidy modern shop. Public restrooms are available. These are also kept clean and well stocked with toilet paper. There is undershop parking.

Good time to come at this time as its not too packed. Sometimes we will choose the one at botany because there's more variety there.

I wish they would stock more non-chocolate flavours of the baked oaty slices. Crossings outside are dangerous, especially the one on the corner. Undercover parking is great but can be slippery when wet.

Big, cheap, yellow - must be pak'n'save.

I'm saddened that this is all $200 gets now days. My boots not a big boot so it kind of really shows.. the govt does need to really realise how expensive it is now in NZ. :( Feel so bad for those who have next to money.. imagine the struggle they are going through.

They have a good variety of all things you may need at a supermarket the staff are always friendly easy to get parking and they have an on site petrol station

I like shopping at Pak n Save, they are considerable cheaper then other super markets. It's easy to locate what you need quickly and if you can't find what you're looking for yourself the staff are always on hand to help you out.

It is on would be better if they would keep shelves stocked all the time an keep same products in all the time

I always seem to get more of my money when I shop here compared to others. It's organised, easy to find stuff. However I don't think this particular shop stock the same items as other Pak n save. Also of you're buying baby formula, there's a limit of 2 cans in this store vs 3 cans limit at Pak n save Sylvia Park. The sign at takanini is very small, you blinked, you'd missed it and at the counter you'll get yelled at (was my friend's experience as if she was caught stealing! And treated rudely by the checkout lady).

Grumpy unhelpful lady on fish counter, the $2.49 lettuce was rotten when we opened it. Good prices on the whole but watch out for product close to or over use by date.

Stock needs replenishment more and some other varieties to set them apart from all the other chains. Tauranga PnS stocks more from the bakery as well. Staff all good and friendly though.

Looks like the busiest supermarket in Papakura. Shop there most of the time. They have most of the things we needed, groceries, seafood, meat, beer, wine etc. undercover car park.

Great store with even better prices. I always find it tidy compared to other stores and the checkout staff are lovely

I have been to several Pak n Save and Papakura always keeps the freshest vege and fruits. They also have some of the newest products not found in other Pak n Save - like the Oreo Cadbury biscuits as an example. They have covered car park which is big bonus.

Excellent. store, well laid out, tidy, clean and well lit. Underground carpark is a bonus which is also well serviced.

Very big supermarket, all-round. Lots of things in boxes, we thought they have a small wine and bread assortment (but we are from Holland, and it was the first supermarket we visited)

Covered parking available. Good selection of fresh fish and vegetables. Has a selection of gluten free food.

Paknsave is great for those shopping for huge families, the staff are great, the only thing is they dont have all ranges of certain stock brands only a few, other wise great for shopping either way.

Went for shop I g with my family on Thursday afternoon and wasn’t happy as most of the stocks on shelves were empty and when I looked up where I can’t reach was all the stocks in the boxes, so we only did 3/4 monthly shopping an finished the rest at countdown in Takanini

Good parking above and below ground. Always has special deals. Easy to negotiate store.

Went to pak n save takanini was a good shop they were low or out of stock on quite a range of products but over all was a decent shop the check out guy was top value friendly polite (good packer) lol over all was good

It's ok. Just long queues, no loyalty cards, goods are remiss, not very big diversity often, but prices are really lower.

spacious. love the instore dj kiosk, choose a song and add it to the shop playlist so you can listen to your favourite songs while shopping.

Nice place and very good Taxi service outside after shopping, ill give more credit to States Taxi service

Always love going to pak n save for all the bargains! Especially love the in store DJ thats available there. Only downside would be the dangerous crossing out front.
