Always great prices and lots of varieties. From veggies fruits, fish, meats and Asian groceries. Huge in store space and ample parking. Service is below average. Cashiers are like robots..no smiles no greetings..but this may not be important to some. This is a great place to visit if you want to save $$$ for your purchases and not expecting great services. If you want great services, go to the New World and they will be happy to charge you for it.

Big asian food supermarket.Has good varieaties of food including asian snacks, noodles, cooked duck, chicken and pork, drinks and also have butchury and seafood store. Close to other shops and resturants. The only down side is carpark space very small and compact.

Lots of good prices and heaps or variety, food is cheaper than the supermarkets good quality food as well. Good sales bubble tea large cups are currently $2.50, and pork steam buns are $9 my son is addicted to both 😎

As you would expect,all the Asian delicacies and staples you would want. Fresh fruit and vegetables is well priced. Seafood section also has a good selection. Could do with more check out operators available during peak times.

Reasonably good. Price is on the higher side for snacks and non perishables. Parking is quite tight and you have to watch out if you drive a larger car. Plenty of potholes and kerbs to damage your wheels.

One of the best Asian supermarkets in Albany, very large variety of Chinese, Korean and south East Asian, from fresh fruits and vegetables to fresh meats and fish. My favorite Cantonese style sausage is getting more expensive recently 😅

I went to this supermarket I had trouble reading anything which l was expecting.The reason l gave it a 3 star is because the woman serving me seemed rude. You can smile in any language.

Large store with a good selection of asian groceries. This place gets a 5star review from me as it is also a great source of entertainment. It's not uncommon to see people driving into the wrong entrance/exit, double parking, banked vehicles or even cars that have driven down the stairway.

One of many Tai Ping branches located throughout Auckland, the Albany branch is quite large and also has an additional BBQ storefront inside.Although they do have a great range of produce and Chinese cooking goods, from a negative standpoint the trolleys are always dirty, floors dusty and dark lighting surround the interior. Parking is easy even during peak hours as there is many spots while if full the next complex nearby is somewhat vacant.

Fresh clean looking Asian veggies. Interesting deli and BBQ chicken/pork depts. Fresh fish and meat sections. Plus all your regular Asian noodles sauces etc in the aisles.

You will get everything under this one store but 3 stars only because its not very clean and some areas feels very congested. The Meat section had a selection of wide range of meats, same at the seafood section. Vegetables are very fresh. Would feel a lot welcoming if the staffs stop dumping all the used boxes and stuff at the entrance.

It’s relatively clean and good size aisle. Selection of foodstuff was decent. It’s close to home so makes it convenient to get my Asian produce and products.

Normally Cantonese and HK staff was pretty gentle and helpful. However last time a check-out lady (looks from Northern China, a tall lady and wearing glasses) was very rude and disrespectful to my product while at check out counter. She was throwing my items in glass jar at counter, marking huge noise, and looks super grumpy. She need to go. Very disappointed.

This chinese supermarket has been sitting here for like 4 years since it opens. I have been living in this area about 2 and half years and I lived here before this shop opens. Generally its a good one as I used to walk up to the Tofu Shop which is much worse and smaller than this one. You can expect to get some food with acceptable level of freshness here but be aware that they do re-label the food expire days of products especially for the ones in the freezers. I’ve got some soy milk and normal milks spoils one week before labeled expiring day while well stored in the fridge.

Cleaner and more organised than most Asian supermarkets, which is refreshing. Parking can be a challenge sometimes, but most of the time you can find a space. Their range of products is adequate, and their meat shop is pretty good. There are also other services in the same place, such as hairdressers and petrol station, which makes it a convenient location.

Their meat section is really fresh with a high turnover. You can certainly taste the difference . Saw a sign saying "large crabs" which got me hooked, sadly they were sold out 😪
