China Town Market has a large range of businesses from grocery stores to restaurants to bakeries. China Town has a very nice vibe to it although it's not the cleanest place. The people who work at the businesses are very good at their jobs and quite friendly from what I've experienced. The main issue with China Town is that there's too many people within cramped spaces but it's worth it for the products and services being offered.

Quite an underrated place in opinion. Some of the big restaurants in town started at this very place and there is a lot to discover and great services at really cheap prices. Definitely a high recommendation in my books!

It's astonishing as, if you want to show off in nz, you need to spend lots of money and buying what people think is Italian food. The reality of fact is that here you can get better food and even for cheaper price. You must know what you do when you cook, simple. Recommend

really good price for asian goods, produce is pretty fresh as well!! not super cheap but decently priced compared to normal supermarkets. wide variety of things to choose from as well, its a pretty big supermarket. would recommend trying out their breads, they taste really good + they put quite alot of filling, definitely worth the money

Excellent range of Asian food and grocerries. This is our usual go-to place for Asian veggies, ingredients, spices and herbs. Friendly customer service and prices are much cheaper compared to similar products in larger supermarket chains.

A great place to buy cheap vegetables and Asian food supplies (mostly Chinese, but also stock Korean, Japanese and others). Usually very busy after about 11am in the weekend. They sell warm Chinese buns, but these aren't always fresh, so best to buy when you've seen the tray get refilled.

One of the few places to buy east / southeast Asian food, sauces and condiments. It's a bit of treasure hunt to find things if you're not a regular. On a plus side, the range is enormous, all stacked up in this store.

Good selection of asian vegetables and food. Good price too

It was crowded but the arrangement of the items was overwhelming and I was taken aback and lost interest in looking for what I have in mind. I don't doubt they offer a lot of stuff from different Asian countries but I would rather go to a simpler and smaller Asian groceries.

Very typical Asian market sells most thing you can find in HK or mainland China. The Japanese mochi ice cream is a must try. PS. I won't recommend buying cosmetic stuff over there, coz seems weird.

Very good price for veges and fresh. Many kind of vege that I cant find in the super market. However, small car park and the supermarket is quite small.

This is our go-to place for anything Asian to buy. There are some areas here that are not too clean, but the fruits, veggies and stuff are cheap.

Great selection of fresh meat, veg, Asian food... Cheaper than supermarkets... Better quality to...

Yahagi Patisserie, Corner House, Butchery, Zhong You groceries store, and Teasme. Have some more stores that would make all your need satisfied in one go.

Regular shopping place for fresh food really affordable prices too

You can find almost every Asian ingredients there, the they need to work on the arrangement of vegetables and train their staff to speak English well

Nice busy wee market place some food prices are really good ...nice selection for a small market

Lots of Asian grocery stores to choose from. Parking is a hassle over the weekend, so plan your visit well.
