M.Had New World cater for my mums 70th. Would highly recommend as you can pretty much have whatever you want from the supermarket. The glazed ham and salmon were a huge hit. Great quality and price

M.This is the first time I have shopped at this store. The quality is still as good as I have come to expect at NewWorld stores. Slightly different layout from other stores but otherwise a good store
K.Last weekend I celebrated my 70th birthday, my daughters organised St Martins New World catering, absolutely beautifully prepared food, tasty and more then enough food that we had left overs for the following day. Whānau members asked me to send on their thanks. Ngā mihi New World
S.Great selection of products makes my local NW look like a corner store...easy access...lots of parking.
l.Far better than competing brands countdown and Pak n save as they hire New Zealand workers above overseas workers.
B.It's our new local supermarket, good supply with reasonable prices. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My only issue is the other customers, I feel as if I don't fit in being the feel the need to lift their noses up at me and my partner due to not dressing highly presented. No issues with the store it's self so I do recommend this store.
j.Extremely helpful staff. New to the store so finding some things required staff assistance. A lot of product is available on not the largest footprint.

They have a large baked good section and even fried chicken and sushi to take away. The only thing not going in their favour is the amount of overpriced goods for sale.

A.The coffee here is usually pretty good. However today I was disappointed to walk away with a fluffy rather than a latte.

J.I hadnt been here before but I was very impressed with the store. It was very well set out and the shelves were all so tidy and well stocked. I'd say this is my favourite supermarket but ii was only visiting that day.

None of the getting pushed around that you seem to get at a Pak'n Save or Countdown. A great bakery, far better than the quality I've seen over the years at any Countdown. Unless I'm out of town this will continue to be my go to Supermarket

M.When you have time, it's great to wander through the aisles gazing at and maybe popped into into your trolley, unheard of, gorgeous looking products. Superb selection of international and health foods. A really pleasant place to shop even at a busy time.
E.Fantastic shopping experience with a huge variety and lines that are not available in other New Worlds making it a one stop shop! That in addition to friendly, helpful staff makes me want to make this NW my regular!

B.I love this Supermarkt. It's one of the best I've been to in the world. The layout is perfect and the product is delicious. I love the wide variety of international foods and also grains/raw options. The bakery in the New World is second to none. We choose the bread over many bakeries and cafes.
H.Very good range of food, esp international and health food. Staff v helpful. My only thought is that some folk on checkout lack good service skills. Ben is excellent. :)

S.Favorite supermarket by a margin. Faux wood floors, slightly nicer lighting than a factory, and shelves that you can almost look over. As far as designs of supermarkets go this ticks all the boxes.
Thanks new world for not having an aisle of value. Start with fruit and vegetables, no need to sell everyone ten pounds of sugar before they get ten meters into their shopping experience

M.Clean well stocked shop
I.Small supermarket, but well laid out and has just about everything you might need. I come here for specialty items, especially at Christmas time. Fruit and veg always beautifully displayed and fresh. Staff VERY accommodating and helpful when you ask them to help.

T.Has a pretty good selection of things, there are often little taste tests in the shop. I couldn't find anyone to ask about a product, except for checkout staff who cant leave. Other than that always find what I am after and new things to try
B.Great supermarket , the maori security guard is the nicest person, always greets you when you walk in and when you leave. The only thing st Martin's new world need is a pineapple cutting machine like halswell and Durham st new worlds
D.I'll tell you what. This place is pretty good, can't sub a star even if your 1.5L coke is more expensive than your 2.25L, this is because your security are awesome and always love to have a chat with anyone, pleasant welcomes and goodbyes. Cheers
m.The security guard who's been on the last few sundays the maori guy deserves a pay rise greets everyone who walks though the doors wishes everyone a good day as you leave always cheerful and happy he definitely deserves to have a massive pay rise hes whole reason me and my partner keep coming back best customer service out of anyone who works there he goes above and beyond his job description hope who ever from new world sees this let him know hes the man
R.Great selection of food, but this is a big busy supermarket and can take a long time to shop aisle by aisle, and is a bit hard to find things ad-hoc. Lots of check-out lanes and self service options. Don't be in a rush if you haven't been here before.
C.I was very impressed by the layout of the meat in the butchery department Also there was a large assortment of groceries in each department Staff were very friendly and helpful and I noticed staff cleaning shelves I would recommend this store.
D.You need to teach your stuff how to pack groceries. I don't have a car so have bags which go in a trolley. Your staff pack them so full that I can't lift them even though I ask every week not to put so much in. I have plenty of bags and usually end up with 3 empty ones.

M.Its the most common supermarket in Christchurch. You can buy most of everyday household goods here. Attendants are warm and approachable. That's the best part of the shop. You can't buy hard liquor here but all types of wines and beers ate available.

N.Hands down One of the Best New Worlds in Christchurch, Awesome selection of the product you love and the ones you will love after trying. buttery counter where you can find some great meal options prepared by staff in store. extensive Deli and Wine selection, and Bakery, and really friendly staff and management who will help make it your prefered stop for all Grocery needs.

P.Really is one of the best supermarkets. The club card thing is really annoying though. Most discounts storewide are on this so if you don't have one it can mean a higher price at the checkout.

J.A great supermarket. Well set out with a great selection of everything. Well worth having your New World club card for discounts though as otherwise it is a bit pricey.
K.My local supermarket. Not the cheapest place to shop but the quality is good. Try the ciabatta bread the best around, the ham also isn't as slimy as other cheaper supermarkets so lasts longer.

S.St Martin's NW is hands down the best supermarket in ChCh often finding myself there for no reason. Yes it's a NW so on the more expensive side in comparison to other supermarkets but worth paying for the nice experience.
P.Over priced pretty much everything can be bought at competitors stores cheaper.
But on the positive side it looks like the extra profit goes into making a good looking store and in giving a fancy shopping experience.

R.St Martins New World has a great selection of gluten free food both in a special section and spread throughout the store. The blue gf labels around the price tickets on the shelves makes shopping much less stressful.

M.Sausages and much processed food far too salty. I guess at least half of St Martin's New World customers re trying to reduce salt intake but your otherwise delicious sausages are infused with salt. Pressure should be put on suppliers such as other providers to reduce salt. Also, you should stock only free range eggs and then promote the fact. Otherwise a most peasant shopping experience - great wine selection and selection in all departments. So going that we travel.frpm Summer to shop there. Redcliffe and Woolston also doing tune, though limited selection.

V.I love St Martin's New World. There are 5 New Worlds all the same driving distance from our house but I always choose St Martin's.
N.Love the friendliness & helpful also good nature check out people & easy shopping with wide Isles.
D.A great place to find what you can't at other supermarkets. St Martin's New World is our favourite.

R.St Martins New World has a great selection of gluten free food both in a special section and spread throughout the store. The blue gf labels around the price tickets on the shelves makes shopping much less stressful.
m.Awesome place, nice and clean with heaps of isles 😂😂 first time being in there and I was lost I went to get some milk and butter I walked to the other side of new world just to find out its in the middle of the new world 😂😂 I was then confused where everything was, I felt lost
