T.First time going to The food factory shop very impressed with the lovely customer service from the ladies as soon as you walk in they say hello.
Very impressed with the yummy food& Good cheap prices very good quality food. We liked the 😋 hedgehog slice& rocky road slice& 😋 & veyummy raspberry slice all 3 slice were very yummy The slice are not too sweet they are the best slice we have had.
we have freezed some of our slice we will definitely be back to buy more yummy stuff from the food factory shop again

L.Bought heaps cake ends to take back to the North Island. Using them as base for cheese cakes lol. Everything on offer is great.
L.Great discount food store with good deals and variety. Definitely a must-go if you are a fan of baked goods as they have a huge selection of second slices and meringues.
The store is only let down by its poor customer service, which seems to be very regular as I have hardly had any decent experiences with the service in the past few years of shopping here.
e.Go there at least every second week, great deals on biscuits and slices, they also have seconds or end cuts. Great variety of stuff worth a look lunches, and staff shouts.
