C.Always great service right around, a friendly relaxed place to shop even a few days before Christmas. It is an easy to shop the isles with a great product range and love they do coffee. Since the upgrade takes it to another level.
P.Popped in to purchase crackers and cheese. It was clean and tidy with plenty of staff. Produce looked fresh.

m.As covid level 4 they had excellent policy in place, everyone face masks regulated customers in and out of the store social distance line up well done.
v.Very tidy with very helpful and friendly staff. However, the deli isn't all that nice. Salads always looking dry, like they've been out for to long. And unappealing to the eye.

H.When in today 26/08/21 and met the female /wife owner manager. She served me at the checkout. She was rude, had no compassion or empathy. She made me feel horrible and not welcome at all in Gore New World. All of the shelf packing and produce staff around the shop were amazing. It's is a great pity a manager/leader is so nasty.

K.Very helpful lovely staff. Disappointing choice for fresh vegetables which is often on the point of staleness and anything organic or gluten free is well hidden. Couldn't find a nut oil. A good place to shop if you want frozen and processed packet food.
G.It's faster than countdown, they have more checkouts open and self service machines
R.I like New World better than countdown in Gore I just fine the meat prices in New World I ran a great order as small amounts medium amounts of larger amounts so all depends what you've got to spend they have it I have lots of staff which very helpful and knowledgeable about all the stock I carry and where the stock is so keep up the good work and you should be getting more 5-star reviews thank you all
g.It's a lovely spacious store. I went to the self checkout .. fortunately for me there was a staff member posted there to help me (especially) bcos I'm not used to them. Very helpful and friendly .. thank you.
S.My favourite supermarket in the south. Coffee stand out front is a winner. The deli and bakery area is exceptional. Staff are really nice. Senior citizens in the car park or driving are a bit of a worry. Have seen two near miss crashes amongst the old dears parking. Park on the edge of the car park...

l.Great shop with wonderful produce and array of groceries, just a shame no nutolene, a veggie delights canned food made of peanuts into a loaf.
P.Staff not always the best (Covid-19 probably contributes to be fair) but it has good selections and price fair.

B.I am Barry's wife .i have a mobility issue .i find gore new world both very easy to negotiate in the way it is set up and a very friendly and helpful shop .i have many times asked a staff member could you please tell me where a certain product is and they will say isle such in such but would you like me to get it for you .The staff all are really happy smiling people which being housebound most of the time I appreciate their friendship .thankyou Gore new world .my daughter or granddaughter often gets my groceries but they also appreciate your helpfulness when looking for products I have asked for and they are not able to find .Thank you all Joy Thomas

Bakery has excellent products it's a bit of a shame that the alcohol is not available and gore store this is a bit of a let down after all you people advertise it stuff at special prices and then when you go to the UK and get it I feel you should update your catalogues excluding Gore and Invercargill stores and Balclutha which are under licence and trust.
