Very happy I found the rare Lone Goat Ehrenfelser wine I was looking for, and Mersey Valley tasty cheese from Tasmania. The "Original" cheese is really yummy but the "Vintage" is even better. Any chance of stocking that NW?

The Deli at New World Hillcrest prepared a glazed ham for my son's 21st, we had so many compliments on the supplied product. Definitely recommend, job well done, great work the deli team!

Dropped in for a quick visit. Access off the road was easy. Parking was easy, though the carpark can be busy. They had what I needed, which was only a couple of items, and the price was okay. The service was quick and friendly.

It's a small to medium sized New World so not as many options to choose from when shopping but still some great options none the less. Great customer service, very clean store, the shelves were nicely stacked too - you really notice the difference when a store has taken time to stock shelves nicely and keep the store clean.

It was gud, i only had to wait inline to get in for about 5mins, once in i thought 'wow' the fruit display was awsome, so inviting, then i found it easy to get around everything. The only down-let was the path to the checkouts wasnt marked clearly enuf but thats due to covid. But maybe u cud put 2 lanes clearly marked at checkouts, 1 for exspress lane an 1 for the other lanes 🙂

Thomas and the blonde lady who works in self service deliver great customer service. So does the young lady with shorter brown hair on checkouts. Reasonable selection of products too.

In my opinion, a good supermarket is judge on it cleaningness, tidynesses, customer service and it bakery. It about weekly and day to day shopping. It used to be a great place to buy lunch. Not sure what happened but it needs improvement

l enjoy going to New World Hillcrest on the weekend afternoon as I know I'll see Lewis there. He is in charge of the wine department display. He also gives me advice on the best wines! Thanks Lewis and New World. I appreciate the personal service very much. The wine/ bear / cider selection is fabulous and I will keep coming back.!

The butchers recommended the Alabama burger and boy it was so good. New World never disappoints regardless of location. You have to give credit to the owners and managers around the country; the quality of their staff is always excellent

Very good supermarket, very good staff. No problems with face mask, gloves. Shopping is definitely good. On level 1 better then on level 2. Good for cars, bikes, electric bikes as well. Better than te rapa that is for sure. Good variety. Good customers too. Good for basket, recycling bags for own shopping. Contact, communication very good. Definitely good shopping :-)

Great local supermarket in our neighbourhood. We buy fresh flowers from them quite often and the price and variety on offer is very good. They also stock our favourite packet of chips flavour which we do not find often in other supermarkets in Hamilton.

Great supermarket. I often stop in on my way home from work and even at peak times you can park and shop easily. The staff are very helpful and there is a good range of products in-store, including specialty products for food allergies and intolerances. I enjoy their weekly meal deal special which is ingredients for a full meal for four for only $15

I think it's really organized. It's not as big as the other supermarkets though, but I also like that it's not over packed with people. The fact that there are other stores around New World where you can get other great stuff such as food, banks post office, pizza, bread, one dollar shop...etc, makes it a one stop location

Sometimes parking can be tricky, good service and range but at the high end of price point. The Mobil station opposite is handy for using the discount voucher if you can't wait to go to the NZ owned Challenge who also accept the fuel vouchers.

Good supermarket bit on the pricey side but you get ALOT more of a selection and a lot more obscure food stuffs that if youcant find places they might ha e it here.also the weekly meal deals they have at new world are actually really good cheap meals for 2 or 4 depending on the week for around 15-$20

I thought I'd try a different New World for a change but unfortunately it doesnt have the same stock lines as my usual so I'd probably not use this one again. But it was well presented and tidy .
