K.Great atmosphere. Clean cool spacious.
Good parking and access for disabilities.
Petrol station next door in carport keep yr coupon for a discount. Good sanitation station to use.
Plants on site florist and barrista and Cafe food. No tables.
Bakery good.
Staff amazing so polite helpful and friendly.
Checkout tightly watched it runs smoothly.

Excellent fresh meat and fish area.

R.Great place to shop if you have a set budget you'll actually save yourself money because you only buy what you need, other stores I end up spending more money because I get enticed by all the cheaper prices and buy items I really don't need therefore spending more money
L.Amazing I love new world has the smaller nicer feel of countdown with the streamlined and always well stocked feel of Paknsav. This store was especially good and good service.
B.Great options in the deli, bakery and shopping part some of the hot food may have been sitting a while too long otherwise really good
D.Always got the petfood i require for my animals. Other great bargains as well.bella our dog loves the cooked sausage from the deli.
T.Nice clean store, cheerful staff. Meat, chicken and fish counter is awesome for selection. Love the marinated chicken wings and stuffed chicken roasts
P.The bakery section shut at 6pm, hours before the rest of the store shut. So there was a cabinet full of birthday cakes, but they couldn't sell me one. Very disappointing.
The rest of the store is great. Big, spacious, modern, clean, with a good range of goods in stock and various amenities.
Plenty of parking outside and nicely located on Te Rapa Road.
