I.Very pleasant staff and helpful too. Only thing lacking is the range of fresh fish. Apart from that a very good selection of products at very good prices.

R.Slow service at checkouts due to no help at packing while you are busy paying. Pak & Save and New World Windsor are far more user friendly. Only thing Countdown has in its favour, is higher prices overall, and better range of products than the others.
K.I wouldn't advise click and collect. 9 times out of 10 there is an issue. Often with items missing or other people's items instead of your own. Very frustrating
K.Really good shopping experience. I normally shop on line because I hated the supermarket hassle but I might be a convert to trolley pushing because of the above average service.

R.The staff are always friendly. Eager to help if needed. Always say hello when they make eye contact. I rarely have to go to town for groceries as I generally find what I need there.

K.Very good range of items for a smaller supermarket. I usually shop here in preference to the downtown store ss it's quieter and not so crowded. Lovely friendly staff. No automated checkouts.

A.Very friendly workers here. The toilet is hiddin but it is a public restroom. Dont hesitate to ask someone &they will let you know. It is behind the big plastic flap door by the bread &to the right

K.We live on the other side of Invercargill but will go out to Waikiwi Countdown if we can not get some items, like Ninety nine lemonade in at the Invercargill Central Countdown. One problem I have is that Countdown advertised that it will replace their black reusable bags and I have been to both stores and one or two of my bags needed replaced but the staff have not done it and I have remarked about it to them and they have just looked at me as if the did not know what I was talking about.
A.Shelves becoming sparse, friendly deli staff. I'm new to area, checkout was not very friendly, felt I was a bother to her.
R.Our local, friendly team, neat and tidy, great and easy shopping. Got it all there fresh and easy laid out store to select goods.
