Honestly the vibes and music choices here are immaculate. Brilliant selection of everything. Especially chocolates. I’m not even fussed about the more-than-average pricing. I’m paying for a first class shopping experience and LOVE when the staff recognise me from being in another time and give me a little hello. Chuffed with the pride crossing outside. You are doing The Lord’s work. May you prosper forever, my blessings rain down on you like a monsoon shower irrigating the crops of love, hope and joy. Fresh choice? RIGHT CHOICE. Great customer service from Aurora. Great recomendation for local places. Very welcoming asset to have at Fresh Choice. A little pricey but I think a lot of their kai is sourced locally maybe.

Definitely a superior supermarket. It is the first time I have come across supermarket sings in English and Maori. As for the chocolate selection.......wow, more choices than Swiss airport shop.

There's some Great Specials on 👍Awesome Meat area. I like the packaging, way better instead of using plastic trays that are probably not Recyclable. I Love the Christmas Decorations 💖 Still quite busy even though there's no International Holidayers.. Lots of Kiwi's ; It was Great. They still have the Free "Rocket Ride" that little kids can sit in . So Old School Awesome 💖 Such a Fab Local People Supermarket. And I got a good close park 😀

Not a bad vaiety of produce. The young guy who served me at the register is a delight! He asked how I prefer my bags to be packed and chatted away. When I got home I found my Mum and Aunties had all had him and he was equally friendly and helpful on their visits.

This supermarket has a great selection of vegan products, a bit spendy but definitely worth it for a feeling too lazy to cook from scratch dinner. Miso salad dressing is a must have, it is beyond delicious. All up a good supermarket for all your daily shopping needs and the staff are friendly and helpful. oh and try the ready made pizza's in the chill section they are gourmet.

The selection of produce, meats, etc is quite minimal and there is no reward programme, + everything just seems more expensive..... Plenty of parking though! It is what it is, a Quant little convenient store.

Funky supermarket music and they support local and regional products. I don't mind paying a bit more for such a great attitude! Excellent selection of wine, beer and vegetarian products.

Wait times for paying are generally very short, and there's always ample parking. I like to 'get in, get out' when shopping, so this is where I go to get my shopping done quickly. (I don't like shopping!) There isn't an overwhelming amount of choice, so this cuts down on spending time comparing products, which has it's advantages and disadvantages, depending on personal preference. Staff are friendly, and there's normally enough to handle the few busy moments. There's a lotto counter if that's your thing, and fresh takeaway coffee, which you can order from inside or outside the store. Compared to New World and the 2 Countdowns in Nelson, this place runs circles around them if you're not fussy about selection and just want to get your shopping over and done with!

Fresh Choice is one of the best super markets in Nelson. Locally owned and operated they have a massive selection of locally produced food and wine / cider. The owners are great supporters of the community! Do you grocery shopping here!

A good range of speciality products. I enjoy the clear shelf labelling with gluten free, organic, vegan etc. This makes shopping faster with less label reading.

I shop here because they clearly label locally (less than 200km from Nelson) made products, taking all the label reading out of shopping locally. Not the cheapest supermarket in town but they do have a very good selection of organic and gluten free food. The staff are all very professional and friendly.

Nice compact store. We are visitors to the Nelson area for 3 months and there are great choices and variety, but the feel of a smaller neighborhood store is retained And the music! What a great selection of background music they play in the store!
