S.It's always a pleasant experience whenever I shop here. The staff are always friendly and its not an overly big supermarket but it's got all the necessities you need if you want to pop in and out real quick. Overall a great store to shop at.

T.Tidy, clean New Worlds store located in the heart of Ngaruawahia town. All items are easy to find, and the main focal point is the friendly customer service from the cashiers. They are very helpful and always takes serving their patrons a little further than other supermarkets i have attended.

And, over Covid the staff (and management) were and are respectful, kept us informed, safe, did an exceptional job of sanitising the store, trolleys and keep good records.They even put up a tarp tent outside to keep us at a safe distance and dry! Its feels like family!

A.While the supermarket is more like a mini market, the staff are fantastic and it has most things you'd need. The checkout operators always have a smile for you and excellent customer service

M.New World is the most quality supermarket you will find in Hamilton. They have a great deli selection as well as a butcher onsite. We always shop here when we are entertaining people.

J.Old style small New World. Jam packed full to cover all areas of a supermarket. Not wide ranges but good enough. Liquor section was bigger than the meat for example.
N.IS always a nice clean store. I only go here for a quick 'I forgot something' or specifically for something in their specials for the week. I prefer to save money at lower priced stores
