J.Great place to shop even though it can be a bit difficult finding products as the store is changing the floor layout for a new looking shop
L.it's good to know if u can't find an item at Pk n Sv u will definitely find in Countdown nice n refreshing atmosphere
S.The trolleys were too dirty to use, giving them a wash at least every 6month can improve the appearance specially these days!!
S.Great fresh produce, as you would expect from pukekohe being a produce growing town.
B.Nice and bright, but unfortunately didn't have the coffee pods we need for our Caffitaly Coffee Machine.
J.I like that there is hardly ever a line to get in, it's clean and quiet and almost always has everything we need in stock.
A.Just started doing our click and collect orders here, they had everything we needed and it was packed well. We will be placing more orders, my thanks to the team 😊

M.I actually love this countdown, it’s neat, it’s got variety and it’s well stocked. And if you realise you forgot something then (depending on queues I guess) the staff are trying their best to get you to a space where you don’t feel like you’ve not got all you needed. Will definitely be back as this is a treat for the forgetful minded mom! Thanks guys I really appreciated :)

K.its a great supermarket which sell many great stuff and we can find many of our items we need, however i am gluten free and everytime i go there to get bread or buns i can't seem to find anything. it just makes me think that since its a big super market they should cater for gluten free which many people are (gluten free). besides this i love this store

B.THE BEST Countdown i have visited. From the carpark to the checkouts. I am so impressed that there are so many disabled & Expecting mothers & prams car parks. How thoughtful & generous! Plenty of trolleys available. The store is clean, tidy, modern & well presented. The shelves , fridges & freezers are fully stocked. So much variety! I travel from Papakura (which has 2 countdowns!) just to shop at this store. Plenty of room, all checkouts are open, the staff & kind and friendly. I haven't used the Deli, fresh Sea Food or in-store chemist- so cannot comment on these. Huge selection of meat, especially in the 3 for $20 range. Car park gets a bit tricky to exit on busy days, a roundabout on the main road adjacent would be a good idea. Highly recommend this store.

J.Plenty of space, new fruit and veg layout which looks good. They also offer a quiet hour on Wednesdays as far as I know for those with sensory concerns. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Good sized beer chiller for standing in on hot days.

T.Great supermarket, often go here to get items that others don't sell. Although, slightly higher prices compared with PAK'nSAVE. Nonetheless, still a quality supermarket :D

J.Nice big supermarket with no blocked isles, awesome variety and ample parking. However, there seems to be less checkouts open than there used to be, even at busy times. Maybe this is due to Countdown wanting us to use their self service checkouts alowing staff reductions? I've found every checkout operator here to be very friendly and chatty. They packed all my groceries for me and in the correct bags!
C.Easy access to main road, exit can be pretty steep for lowered vehicles.
Always has Great produce and good pricing.

T.This new 'Bigger' version store has wide aisles larger service areas for specialty items like the deli, fish center & bakery than its smaller one. If you cant find a product on thier shelves then thier friendly staff are ready to help find it for you or direct you to the right isles. It also has lots of disable & mums with kids parking available right outside the main entrance
N.Great supermarket that is well stocked so you should be able to find what you want. There is more than enough parking even during the busier times. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is usually no a very long wait if at all for the registers.
M.Has everything you need. And more! Great supermarket. The only problem with this store is that there is too many nice things. If you don't have a list which you stick to religously, you might end up buying lots of yummy things you hadn't planned on buying.

A.By far my favorite countdown. Most staff are fantastic.most. Lovey girl on the trolleys atm who kindly helped me pack my car,wouldn't take no for an answer. (I am on crutches) also an older dude on click and collect who apologised to the others for a hold up but he must helpvtake my trolly to the car . Just fabulous caring people
R.Great for extra groceries. Lots of brands. Lots of space to move. Easy access parking.
L.Most of the time get all that we need. Love the weekly specials. Affordable living. A bit crowded this time of the day on a Saturday, but no long wait at the tills (checkouts).
A.Usually great, only 4 check outs going and 2 had closed after customer . waited over five mins even though only one in front. When I commented was told had meeting to go to , this seemed to be most important focus we even packed own groceries time was approx 11am

I.Just like every other countdown :) spacious, close to plenty of other shops and going plastic bag free in a week I think :/ not my cuppa tea but hey, if it saves our planet then why not :) only downer was the trolley stations were starting to stack out into driving area :/ safety hazard

P.Shopping for groceries after 8pm here is fantastic. Wide aisles and hardly anyone around. Add an iPod and some relaxing music and shopping is no longer a chore!

E.First time I've been there. There were alot of signs to showed me where to find the things I was after and the service wasnt bad at least they had 2 check out open for customers as well as the self service check outs in operation.
