Well laid out, easy to navigate your way around, nice coffee bar set up. Service was guick and efficient. Ample parking, and access in and out is OK given that it's onto the main road into town.

Lovely store, always clean and well stocked, easy to find staff to help and they are always polite and go out of their way. Very few times have I ever seen staff standing around gossiping in the aisles here, which is unfortunately common at other New World stores. The bakery is the best NW one in South Auckland.

Really cool Christmas display out front brings a smile on the little ones faces. People there are always lovely, including the security guard.

Great news to locals at Pukekohe on the way I am sure you all can have online shopping and pick up on way home experience. Very comfortableshop with modern equipments great layouts very well signed and noticeable shop. Great parking with 2 way in and out access. Nice coated trolleys. Cleaned and morden toilet Great service deli and bakery new look. Take away ready to eat food aisle easy access. Well maintained coffee shop will be great if some seating available to spend some time in shop. Nice lighting on aisles and shelves. Great butchery and produce shop looks fresh. 2 way entry amaging. Kiwi owned. Foodstuffs weldone on world class shopping market. Suggestions are Tasting of some stuff will be welcoming. Hope there is public transportation access close by.

5STAR for tidy and clean store. It is sometimes hard to find products as they do not have many products that are easily available at other super markets such as Countdown and Pak n Save. Overall store is nice and recommended.

Great products. With great service from the staff. Amazing deli/bakery with sweet delicious choices of sweets and pastries. Seafood selection is always such a hard part to turn down. I always seem to go home with oysters or mussels. The prices are always the best never too expensive. Great weekly shopping location. Pukekohe New World a great stop for a quick shop.

Unfortunately was overcharged on on two items out of twenty. Its just two dollars but normally i would go back in and get them to fix it so the signage matches what its scanning at... but its not worth it during a pandemic.

This supermarket stands out from the rest they have such a massive selection for those who like ready to eat food for people who can't cook and the shop lay-out makes shopping a breeze and they sell products like Farro fresh.

there's one employee there that is probably the best example of true customer service: Reyne. (hope I got the spelling right). So professional and friendly he makes up for some others there who can't spare a smile. It's a really nice shopping experience even if a bit pricey...but the bakery is top notch so I make a special trip there.

I go here because they have nice oranges that are better than Pak n save and some fruit shops also they have my favorite popcorn (the orange packet) and ice cream packs (caramel cookie crumble) which it's hard to find anywhere else. The have a lovely modern looking facility so extra points. Staff are nice too, had a nice chat to the checkout lady .

The owner is amazing always get greeted with a warm smile. Shop is spotless clean and has a beautiful layout nice variety of food and isnt super packed like the other super markets. Layout is very different to countdown/pak n save so expect to be hunting for things a bit while adjusting but everything is clearly labeled and with some practice it provides a superior shopping experience at an equal and sometimes even cheaper price point!

Love this New World. It's very pretty to look at and the interior design is very cool (think John Deer tractor in the fruit and veggie section). Produce is always fresh and good quality. Good selection of meats and vegan/vegetarian options. They also have a small cafe on site which does a delicious coffee.
