Can't help but love the deli section here. It's decorated perfectly, and honestly tastes great too! Always go here for ham! Plus, it's just a great clean layout which I appreciate.

As a new flagship store, it was good to see plenty of intelligent design, cool storage with light, easy to open doors to save energy and redesigned trollies that take less energy to make, although they are slightly smaller in capacity, so less functional. The produce and everything else was well laid out as you would expect. Prices aren't getting cheaper though and there are still plenty more echo-friendly, less plastic options that could be introduced. Since supermarkets are very hard-nosed businesses, further change should be forced on them as the design changes so far benefit the owner in lowering running costs, rather than the consumer.

Sadly not a good day today all was going well as per usual till I get to the checkout and the checkout operator was not a happy camper she begrudgingly packed my bags rather haphazardly there was no smile or a friendly hello how's your day going or something like that very disappointing. It's the first time I've had such a bad experience at the checkout. I thought about reporting her but thought better of it as there may have been a reason for her behavior and I left it at that.

One of the best supermarkets I've been in. An incredible range and affordable prices with an amazing store layout. Well worth a visit.

Excellent new store. Can be confusing trying to find items with closed refrigerator units for some products. Easy to walk right past items you might normally find in other areas

Great shop, stocked up well. Young lady picking orders was helpful when I interrupted her for query. Clean.. layout and covid solutions very good. Felt safe there. Lady on self checkout also very nice.

Easy parking if travelling in a motor home friendly staff great displays of all food and goodies you need for your trip.

So pleased to finally have our very own Countdown. They carry brands the other supermarkets dont, which is a definite plus! Well lit and nicely presented items and a good shopping experience, well worth it!

Its a new Supermarket so it's well set out. Security on door does not make you feel comfortable. Hope we don't get slashed.

It's the best, spacious, clean, and talk about friendly staff. My toddlers even left there asking if we can go there again because it's the best Countdown mommy.
