C.Staff at this store are awesome, I met a staff member named Brian who was awesome, I wish more big business had such great customer service reps like Brian, I think he was Korean I've seen him working years ago at Polynesian spa, Great to see he's been picked up locally. Also I love the friend chicken

I was most grateful as my daughter st the moment is dealing with injuries which occurred at her work place. When we went through I thank the beautiful again and wished her a beautiful day. I was a stranger to the area.

The staff are always friendly, approachable, and more often than not proactive in offering assistance.
The shelf fillers either move out of the way without being asked to enable product selection, or will hand the product over to the shopper.
Nothing is ever too much trouble and it's always a pleasure to shop here.
a.Really good place to shop almost always stocked and if you ask a shop assistant they will happly get it from the store room all the staff seam rewlly happy are beyond friendly

M.Good experience here but waiting inline for supervisor's to clear the two different lots of people in front of me for cigarettes and alcohol was a joke ! The supervisor's were just standing around joking with the other ladys at the lotto counter and my checkout operator was getting frustrated as well !! Better luck next time new world!

In fact NW has had an upgrade or is it that I just haven't popped in for so long....wider aisles, more variety of food and wonderfully arranged. A credit to management, but your Staff need to take a bow ... friendly young man served me and I left feeling welcomed and valued as a customer. 10/10.

R.It's always a huge pleasure to shop at New World Westend, whether it be by day or by night. Everything in store is always so clean & tidy & the shelves are always ever so neatly stocked. The staff are lovely too, they smile alot & are all ever so sweet. New World is definitely hard to beat!
G.Aisles are narrow. Too much extra stock loaded into aisles at Easter so difficult to move around. One fish counter male staff very pushy and listened to and commented on a client's conversation.

M.It's a great supermarket which has almost every kind of food that you could desire. It is clean and has a good selection of fresh, neatly organised produce. The prices are quite cheap as well. The isles are also easy to navigate which makes it good for quick shopping trips.
s.Very clean and well stocked it's a pity the white button mushrooms have detoriate to such an extent it not worth shopping there
T.Got what we needed for dinner. Just don't understand why New World prices seem so much higher than other supermarkets. Looked at the pre-made salad for a shortcut but they were a bit rotten at the bottom.
Quick stop for dinner meat and fresh veg then out. Friendly checkout girl and very helpful.

J.A quick place to buy food, the only downsides are is that sometimes the carpark roads are small and cause people to pull out very close. Also the prices are a tad higher then other supermarkets. Aside from that it has nice and friendly staff and quick check outing.
S.Absolutely hopeless, had to ask 3 different staff for assistance for 1 thing, then went to their cafe for lunch,they had no signs saying their oven wasn't working then when ordered something else they sold it to someone else then came and asked us to make another selection which then took the girl 15mins to get

Q.My family and I chose to shop at New World as it is close to home, service is friendly and staff are helpful, kai is fresh and we love how they employ all age group from our community. The last place that packs your groceries aswell, and never long lines and wait times!

b.Just called in for a paper and some fruit in campervan during our travels. Reason able easy parking and shop well supplied. Wish I had called in when we have passed by on numerous occasions.
T.New World Westend have a lovely well set out shop for everyday items, if you don't have a New World card then become a member today, they have a Lotto outlet and a place to buy chicken and chips. The staff are wonderful and are there to help whenever you need them.

P.Got the bakery to bake a round clash of clans chocolate mud cake. It was define. So good. Worth $60. Cheapest in town. Would buy more. Best cake ever. Gotta try their cakes.

M.Went to all Supermarket's to try and see which one was better in prices for the essentials and products I needed at the time, and found that New World was the best out of Pak N Save, Countdown and New World.
Even prices for bags is cheaper too!!!!
R.They have a hot chicken and chips deli. Cakes and bakery items are delicious. Has a wide variety of groceries. Is more affordable than dairies (small corner stores). There are coupons and super deals if you buy in bulk. Vegies and fruits are ok freshness unfortunately.
B.Friendly and Helpful staff, Food is always made fresh, shelves are always full and restocked Everytime I visit this particular department store, (Not as perfect looking as New World Wellington Central) lol - but perfectly stocked.... Always great coming here for shopping!!!!

L.Still very confusing but with work still going on can't expect much. I love the way the fruit is displayed. It's a shame the wheelchair parks aren't closer tho. My Nana had to walk a bit as there wasn't any closer to the door available.
N.Some of the fruit and veges are shrivelled and wilted and some with rotten patches in them.
Their meat and fish is superb.
P.I'm very lucky as I have countdown across the road, pac n save to my right and new world to my left of me all within 15 minutes walk. I try to shop locally just to keep our nz Dollars in NZ. New world are definitely the place to shop as it is a nz owned business same with pacnsave. So be opened minded and shop sensibly each business do have competition, so shop around.

D.All the food you could ever need...trump spent week hiding in freezers avoiding impeachment whilst dining on tip top hockey pokey and frozen(pre cooked) prawns which he loves to thaw out in his belly button and always eats with a dot of tobasco...nice

L.I love what they have done to New World. Very upmarket and modern looking and their prices are still reasonable. Don't forget to pick up a club card when you visit NW again.

L.Quality goods particularly baked goods like breads however the selection of goods is noticeably smaller than the other supermarkets in Rotorua. The supermarket itself feels cramped.
R.No problems, found everything I wanted and check out Ezrah was friendly, courteous and efficent..
S.When they have a so called bread special (which never matches a Pak n Save special) they only supply a very small amount of loaves and never restock the trays so customers cannot actually take advantage of the so called special!! Same with a Jarrah coffee special, the coffee is put on the highest shelf so only taller customers can reach it. They make it as difficult as possible for customers to take advantage of the special!!
B.Very tight quarters, but brilliantly kitted out. The meat and deli counters were top shelf.
