I had an extremely positive experience while shopping for groceries. Jessica was serving me and was so lovely and polite. I will continue to shop at Pak'nSave, lovely service and cheap prices !!!

Handy supermarket to residents of the lakes and Pyes Pa. Reasonable for price but watch the price tags two smaller packs often works out cheaper than the one large one (not very environmentally friendly but gets some extra dollars in their bank). Clean and tidy but would be nice if they stocked a full range of products not just one flavour of things and the layout is a little twisted with some products spread across 2 or 3 location in store can make them difficult to find. Good parking available and the staff are generally friendly.

For general shopping and competitive pricing I would rate Pak n Save highly but for more luxury items I would rather choose New World, particularly the one in Brookfield

Pak n Save is known for having lower prices than other supermarkets. Products are often not displayed as prettily as in other shops, but knowing you can get the same product cheaper here than elsewhere is a win when you're on a short budget.

If you're shopping over Christmas time, get there early. I zoomed past the big queues through the Express checkouts as i only had a couple of things. If you're doing a big shop with the family or little children, get there when it opens otherwise you'll be having grumpy little gremlins making your shopping even harder.

Clean store with everything in its place. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. With Covid in the area, and empty shelves in other grocery stores, I found paknsav to be adequately stock with abundance of products.

My fave supermarket, wide, isles fresh/ good selection of everthing. Gd parking, close to home. Few things of fav's they dont stock, i buy 4 square, over all great place. Just my thoughts, and not helpful, esp in deli/butchery departments, very unhelpful grumpy lazy staff.

Best PNS in the area in terms of store setup although they don't stock all products. High purchased items aren't restocked. 1 particular item was out of stock for over 2 weeks and shelf was left empty. Farmbake cookies they don't stock but there's similar but inferior brand they stock (as perhaps those are their own private label brand) Online shopping experience also good. Update 8.2.2020 Store is looking very sparse with stock throughout I should have taken photos of them all empty shelves! Frustrating. Brands I like they no longer carry, etc. For sure certain brands trying to dominate the business why a grocery this size not giving options to their customers I don't understand. An example here is no single pizza sauce to be seen!! Not even up above or in the stock room. Might as well don't sell the pizza base?! And staff didn't like hearing my feedback, can see from their faces your feedback is not welcomed. Update 24.9.2020 Stock issue has been improved, well done. this is my local so I shopped here often. Although still I have to go to other supermarkets to get other things as they still not give customers options! Not selling baby carrots, don't look for one here. Cleaning products can only see chux or value (the expensive and the cheap, where's the in between? Don't want to spend money on Chux but don't want Value's quality 😅)

Parking great and disabled parking right outside the front entrance, such a bonus !! . Mobile cart provided for those who might need it to do there shopping , and, still providing also, boxes, if needed for packing your groceries in, if that is more convenient. Also a plus for me! Can buy a coffee or a lotto ticket ,in-store . Like most major supermarkets , all purpose buying , competitive pricing . In fact , I think its pricing is cheaper than other supermarkets. I really enjoy doing my grocery shopping here for the ease of parking, pricing, availability of products, other , and also there are other shops/ services close handy , that I utilise . Great place!

Best Pak'nSave in the Bay! I've never been so well treated at a supermarket in all my life. I visit this supermarket maybe twice a week and the staff are always Well mannered, have good customer service and happy to go the extra mile! Caroline is always good for a laugh and asks how I am. Evan the legend that brings in the trolley's is always happy to chat and offers to help me put my items in the car even if it's raining, or the middle of summer. Plus there's a wide selection at good prices. 5 stars! Thanks Pak'nSave. Keep up the good work.

Pretty good overall and I shop here because it's the closest supermarket to me, there are a few things I have to go to pns Cameron road for, but they also stock things I can't get at Cameron road too. The problem I find with this pns is the 'fresh' produce. It's so hit and miss, sometimes it's fine, but a lot of the time the celery is floppy, the lettuce is slimy and stuff is mouldy. You really have to pick through things to find good pieces. I think there may be some temperature issues in their storage areas.

It's a good supermarket but I can't do all my shopping here, the supermarket lacks some healthy choices that I can buy at Countdown like low sugar/healthy muesli an muesli bars but I appreciate their free range chicken selection an cheap deals that they do.

Overall I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, offering a and general "feel" of the store. Normally it would associate pak'n'save with budget, poor quality and rude people but they had a fantastic deli offering, including fresh fish and meat, sandwiches and your normal array of deli options. The produce looked fresh and appealing too. Definitely changed my perceptions and possibly my shopping routine.

The entrance and exit are a bit weird. The fruit and vegetable section is tidier than most. Otherwise a fairly regular pak'n'save.

Good variety of grocery items including gluten free and International options. Some of the fruit and veges were not good quality eg wilted lettuces but on the whe a good selection on offer. Shelves are well stocked and staff are friendly and welcoming. Prices are reasonable too. My supermarket of preference if I am heading over the Kaimais.

I noticed that vegetable and meat sections aren't as fresh as it's on Cameron Rd and also less variety. Few days ago we bought garlic bread, which appeared to be baguette they cut in half and put butter and garlic in there. For me looked like it's leftover baguette they wanted to get rid off. As the name suggests you need something to "pak" your groceries in afterwards and you can usually get an empty box they leave out for shoppers beyond the checkout.

Originally not a big fan of the other Pak'nSAVE branches in Tauranga, but I quite like this newest one. It's definitely cleaner, lighter, and doesn't have the dark, dingy industrial warehouse feel I get from the other ones.

I noticed that people seem to be going to mall and parking at pak'nSave. The staff at checkout are friendly and polite.
