Very helpful staff as well as being very polite when serving, which is top marks as it is a pleasure owing to helpfulness of staff. Great store. Out of area so only in store couple times per month but always same comments. Very good. Excellent

Nice and roomy, no problems getting around. A little expensive but ok for small amount of groceries

The staff on were amazing, shame there was only 4 checkouts open and queues were nearly to the bakery. Absolutely no reflection on the staff, the ladies serving me were fab.

Have had issues upon occasion with serve-over staff pretending not to see ke at the counter if there's only a couple of staff and usually Eric ends ups at the counter serving even if he was busy out the back. That can be frustrating. Plus they cancel lines with no warning - I would grab more if I knew things I always grab will be finishing 🙄 Most of the staff are lovely and generally pretty good.

Nice friendly helpful staff clean tidy and well stocked shelves new owners public toilet available if needed lots of trolleys big and small usually ready to go calculator provided if needed from Lotto counter have shopped there for many years highlyrecommend plenty of parking with child park and wheel chair access. Dear NW, I love that you provide ready to eat meals like sushi for those of us that stop by on our lunch, but can you please provide the utensils in which to eat them. Thanks.

One of the best new world shops, amazing selection of food and so clean and well set out.

Great supermarket that is generally very clean and has friendly staff. Just as well because there is little choice in Waiuku.

Disappointed, visited twice this week and was confronted with people not wearing masks on each occasion. When I asked at the checkout I was told they had no one on the door checking. Won't go back

Good service and stock but every item is like 50 cent to $5 more compared to pak n save prices. Like if you spent $100 at pak n save for the same exact items at New World it would cost you around $125.

Best Produce and butchery in town. Great range of healthcare and organic and flexitarian products loved the fruit

Friendly service. I have seen checkout operators harassed by customers on 2 occasions recently so I think it is important to appreciate them and be considerate. The staff are doing well in the circumstances and have always been responsive to my queries.

The only Supermarket in Waiuku, it has everything you need or want, if it's a Benefit payday just get in early as products will run out

I've had great customer services and relationship with workers and other customers of New World Waiuku. Very patient friendly and kind. Some easy to approach more then others but great, soon as I walk through the door I feel welcomed and comfortable to go back to the store, at anytime. Thank you all staff at New World Waiuku.

Good service and fresh food selection.

Great staff and service. Prices sometimes seem high, however I'm not willing to travel for a cheaper price as petrol would swallow any savings. So basically happy to have a good local supermarket.

Really great selection of cold and hot meals. I especially loved the sushi and ready-to-eat meals they had on display. The store is also very clean and the workers were very helpful.

Well stocked and good service

Great customer service at the checkout. Juice from the fresh chicken leaked in my shopping bag. The staff helped me identify where it came from and carefully wrapped it up for me.

Level 3 Mk2. Great general mood of customers inside and queuing to get in and out. 1 self entitled clown took offence at being asked to queue to get in. Shelves full except for my partner's brand of coffee. Good social experience.

Country town with large new store. Lots of made on premises style food..meals.. fresh rolls.. sandwiches ..cakes etc .Good layout. Everything you wish for. Good car parking. Lotto on site.

Friendly staff especially at the checkouts. They get to know you as local and that makes it the best experience. Some more frequent in store sales would be good. Sometimes get over the charity workers right out the front door though.

New world is a great super market. Well priced on most there products and excellent service. When you visit a new world store you can expect helpful staff and a clean store with a good range. Definitely New Zealand's best super market for the middle class. Definitely would recommend.

Everything's expensive here at New World Waiuku but that's expected here in this little town of course. Otherwise good, tidy atmosphere! 🤙

Lack of choice , some items priced higher than other new world's . Don't stock what others do in the bakery such as lemon meringue pie which is deliciousbut what they do have is delicious.checkout staff awesome friendly and helpful ,why I go there .

Pretty good local supermarket things are fresh and I can get most of what I want. Sometimes I have to go further afield to get special items. I travel round town for work so this doesn't bother me. Raewyn and the team run a great store.

There are several favourite items that every other supermarket have stopped selling, (& I have now lived in Manukau for 11yrs) but I always find them in Waiuku New World. Whenever my work brings me to Waiuku, I stock up on those items.

It's as good as any New World in the big smoke. Keeping things in perspective. A very tidy ship indeed.

Well stocked and replenished with a good layout plan and adiquite parking. Helpful staff and pleasant check out supervisor. The packer staff were few and far between.

My favorite shop . New Worlds are amazing places to shop because of the setup of the shops and the big roomy aisles. The meat is some of the best you will buy ANYWHERE. and the vege and fish is awesome. The staff are SECOND TO NONE in the Waiuku shop, always soooo friendly and helpful. Both the shelf fillers and the check out staff are really amazing people. The bakery turns out some incredible food and Is a favourite with most people. Well done New World Waiuku, keep it up. .

great place to get groceries and to eat baked food and to get meat and fresh shellfood. also has good toilets and free wifi. alrhough new world is quite expensive, perhaps going to paknsave in puke would save more money

Found everything I could possibly want... and more of course. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Veggies and fruits look good. Just not all that much organic.

Lots of parking, but can get very congested between 3 - 6pm. The store is well stocked and clean, and the check out staff are friendly and helpful

It's way more expensive than any of the other supermarkets. Don't forget to bring your own shopping bags
