A.Marie from Bayfair looksmart is the absolute best. She is an incredible sewer, she took in a dress that was too big for me, not an easy job as had a bodice top with boning. It fit me so incredibly and looked so much better. She is so helpful with everything even when I just need to send dry cleaning. Thank you so much. Won’t go to anyone else!
b.Heather Torr went ABOVE AND BEYOND when she served my son. He needed to get some suit pants altered. As it was a very last minute buy for a wedding the following day, sadly it was time to shut up shop.. however, she went above and beyond and decided to still alter the pants for my highly stressed son..
Without knowing the reasons as to how we got to this point of a last minute buy, she saw the urgency and sacrificed her time for us.
We are very grateful for this amazing service.

A.After a horrible experience with alterations on my bridesmaids dress at a local dressmaker, I sought the help of Marie from Looksmart.
I cannot praise the service I received from her enough. She was empathetic to my situation, professional and extremely prompt on fixing up what looked like a sewing disaster.

T.I always deal with Marie Rolands at Bayfair Mt Maunganui. She is always so very helpful and friendly. I have used her tailoring services many times and will continue to do so. So handy when you need something fixed/altered and the job she does is always excellent.
A.Looksmart Bayfair saved my favourite Bomber Jacket. I was so close to accepting it was not able to be fixed and 'voila' back to perfect and within a very reasonable price range. My previous attempts to patch up was not worth the time when Looksmart did such a great repair. Thanks very much.
