Natalie is delightful; professional and cheerfully soothing in what was a mini emergency for us. She went above and beyond with excellent service, did a beautiful job on the suit alteration, and asked if we wanted cuddles with her two gorgeous pups! (We did) Really doesn’t get any better! Fantastic experience and we will absolutely use her services again.

Having recently located Natalie again I find her still so friendly, yet very professional in all aspects of her business. I was always delighted with her work in the past and the recent jobs she did for me were ready when she said they would be and again done to perfection. I recommend The Sewing Room to anyone requiring sewing alterations etc.

Sewing Room had such a beautiful atmosphere, with artwork all over the walls. Natalie was just lovely and really new her stuff. To top it off, her pricing is very reasonable. After trying others closer to me, this is now definitely my go-to place for alterations.

Absolutely wonderful service and my coat's all ready for next winter. Natalie made sure I was happy with each stage of the job and I felt very much at ease. A lovely woman to deal with and I would head to her with more clothing without hesitation.

Natalie provides a very positive, professional and prompt service from her home based business. She has all the equipment needed to make needed adjustments to male and female clothing and welcomes customers with enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. Highly recommended for personal service.

I turned up expecting to have to leave the trousers and pick up later. Natalie raised the hem immediately while I waited and that saved me a return visit. Professional, friendly and in every respect deserves the consistent five stars.

Natalie’s Sewing Room deserves accolades of the highest order. Her work is faultless. She has a real eye for design and as a trained seamstress her attention to detail and exactness is a praiseworthy feature of her work. Whether it be the most finicky alterations, more straightforward hemming or a Pork Pie hat, the finished product reflects an exemplary mastery of her art. For art it is. Ask her to show you her funky hats! I really appreciate her honest appraisal and advice and I absolutely trust her judgement on adapting any design to best suit your body shape. I have tried several alterations seamstresses here in Tauranga and the Mount and can honestly say that I would not go past Natalie. I am so glad that I found her in Linklater Avenue off Otumoetai Road near Cherrywood. She is a true professional. You’ll not find better!
