Took my 2 girls to have their ears pierced for the first time. Sadly (which I was unaware of) I rocked up on their busiest day and on that day it was by appointment only. So I made an appointment for the following week and the staff was super friendly, and reassured my girls everything would be fine. They love their piercings and can't wait until they can start wearing ridiculous over the top earrings lol

Wonderful and hygienic, with staff who make you feel relaxed and welcome. The spinny chair is especially cool. I came here in Friday to get my lips pierced, and my sister came today to get her second ear lobes. It was a great experience. Will definitely be coming back in a few months to get my conch done :D
