L.I walked in before Christmas days before they closed for the break to get one piercing done, and have already returned twice since then. Absolutely fantastic team, super professional, friendly, patient (I had so many questions), and they made the experience really easy. Not to mention the gorgeous jewellery created by Shane! I do wish the jewellery options were viewable on the website along with availability (and pricing) as I would likely have chosen different jewellery had I known what was on offer. Because they only take walk-ins I did feel quite a bit of time pressure to quickly make a decision, versus having the opportunity to window-shop on the website before I went in.
They were also totally happy to re-pierce two lobe piercings a week after I originally had them done because I decided I wanted to change the placement (which was completely my fault)! But wow, really happy with the service and even after 7 new piercings (not including the re-pierces!) dare I say, I will be back!!! Thank you to Nicole and Molly and all the other lovely staff members who were super helpful. Will recommend to anyone wanting piercing done!
A.Really good! I walked to the shop today and asked for a helix piercing. The girl accepted me directly and prepared the room (sorry didn't asked for your name). I was a little nervous about cartilage piercing but she was very attentive and reassuring. It was very quick. Thank you and I recommend!
G.I got a nostril piercing here recently and the girl at the front of house and the girl who did my piercing were so lovely. I was a little nervous and had a lot of questions about getting the piercing and they were super professional and patient, answered all my questions and put me at ease. The girl who did the piercing made sure everything was super sterile and talked me through the whole process and worked with me to make sure the positioning of the piercing was exactly where I wanted it and that it was pierced in a way that meant I’d be able to have both a stud piercing and a ring in the future. I highly recommend this place!
M.A great place to get pierced! The person at the counter was lovely and the piercer knew exactly what they were doing with my helix piercings — even took the time to double check that everything was measured correctly so the earrings sat perfectly on my ear. Given the great service and quality products, I was happily surprised at how fairly priced everything was.
Just make sure you get there before opening for a quick and easy visit.
J.I have been to streetwise (now Shane Johnstone Fine Piercing) multiple times and each time I have had a great experience. Clean and professional environment and lovely caring staff. I have recommended them to many friends who have all had a great experience. Recently I came in to have 2x helix piercing removed (it was pierced at another piercing store and hoops to small were put in). It was swollen, infected, sore and angry but Mollie was incredibly patient, helpful and gentle when taking them out. She gave me after care instructions to help the infection. I will always only come to you guys now.
K.After having a negative experience with another piercing place, I suggested to my son that he goes to Streetwise. He came in for a lip piercing and was a bit nervous, he mentioned to me that he was well looked after, once he had been pierced to make sure that he was doing ok. He's so happy with his new piercing and I think it looks pretty great. Thanks for being so caring.

B.Walked in, instantly shown jewellery and given a great price for my fourth lobes. Lady piercer who did them made me feel so at ease, so friendly and professional, and it barely hurt at all! Fantastic service and experience. Definitely going back.
L.I went to get my ears pierced today after having an issue with piercings being done too low in the past and drooping from wearing certain earrings. Molly did the job for me and she was fantastic. Put me at ease, planned the new spacing and carried it out expertly. Highly recommend. 😍
S.Yesterday did classic industrial at this amazing piercing studio. Variety of piercings styles were provided for people to choose. Rooms were well organized and clean. Staffs were professional and helpful.
S.They've poked 8 holes in my ears so far and I fully plan on having them do more.
Shane was more than happy to do my slightly unusual orbital that I found on the internet, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
As noted by others, staff are great, and everything feels clean and sterile.

After going to many other piercing stores to save money I would honestly just stick to here if I were you! I believe the prices are so worth it and they are extremely knowledgeable, the piercer with the long black hair always makes things painless (when changing jewellery) and you can tell you are paying for quality. Even going as far as to use measuring tools to ensure piercings are even which I never see elsewhere. They provide high grade jewellery which is not just your run of the mill titanium. Very helpful and kind staff I always enjoy coming back when I need :)
T.Amazing experience. Took my daughter for an upper naval piercing - they took so much care and time into the placement and explaining the process and putting her at ease.
Will definitely be our go to for any future piercings!

M.Street wise are honestly so lovely and friendly, I had a piercing go wrong from another piercing studio and they helped me out no questions asked, then only charged me $15 for an hours service to fix it. I've had a lot of piercings done by Streetwise and I will never go anywhere else again.

L.(nose ring) Really good experience concerning the piercing part, she was delicate, I didn't feel anything. It was my first and I have a phobia of needles. Clean place, welcoming staff.
But I am really disappointed about the price I paid to not have at least something to desinfect for the first days. Furthermore, the lady who did it, didn't take the time to really fully explain to me how to clean my nose and piercing, what are the different steps of the healing, etc, while I was there and most important, didn't tell me that it's preferable to get a stud and not a ring for healing. That's why only 3 stars
C.Great service! The team is really friendly and they definitely know what they’re doing! Everything is very professional. The front is inviting and more sales focused - but the back rooms are all sterilized and well equipped.
Just walked in to get my earlobes pierced to make it from 2 to 4. they really took the time to figure out what would work for my style and the kind of earrings I wear. They also changed out one of my other earrings that I could not do myself. Highly recommend going here and saving yourself the pain of cheap and then infected piercings.

A.I actually cannot speak more highly of streetwise piercing! Very efficient and professional with beautiful jewelry. No matter how many piercings I have had over the years,I'm always a little nervous going in but was quickly put at ease by the caring and gentle nature of my piercer ( shane).

It was my first time getting my ears (re-pierced) with Streetwise Fine Piercing and I will recommend to anyone and everyone wanting a piercing. I was served by 2 x awesome ladies whom both explained the procedure clearly and made me feel less anxious. Cost was $40 per ear and worth the price.

Z.Got my first body piercing which is a tongue piercing seven months ago, then got a septum piercing four months ago, then my latest industrial piercing three days ago all from Streetwise piercing, the lady who did my tongue and industrial piercing is very professional and nice, I was very nervous when I got my industrial piercing, but she calmed me down immediately. Shane who did my septum piercing is very professional and knowledgeable as well. Can’t speak higher of this awesome studio!

She helped with damage control, all the while explaining what she was doing and gave me more information about my piercing + after after care. I left with 3 new pieces of jewellery because the selection was amazing. Can't wait to go back and get more piercings from them.
