I had an appointment with Jess to get my nose pierced and she was an absolute angel! She walked me through the process before and during the piercing. Constantly reminded me that if anything was off during the healing process I could reach out to them. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I love my piercing! A versatile shop consisting of unique and extravagant talent. One of the best tattoo makers in town. Always wanted to create my own tattoo from them but hard luck, had to leave town to come back to my hometown. But nevertheless had done my ear piercing from them, which was a great experience and had done it so swiftly yet so gently that I couldn’t even understand when was my ear pierced and within a moments time i had my earpiece on me as well. Couldn’t have asked for anything else and even anyone better than them.

Jess is super professional, efficient and absolutely puts you at your ease. I had one piercing with her which turned out so much better than I hoped. Of course I then had to go back for another two which I am super stoked with 😁 I love that the studio is super organised by both Cat and Jess, always ready when u arrive and no hanging around Would give 10 stars out of 5 if I could. I have only been pierced here (not tattooed) but Jess is the best piercer in all of Auckland, and I have been to many piercers. She is kind, friendly, and very approachable. Jess is up to date with the latest aftercare and body-safe jewellery and only gives the best advice recognised by the APP. I recommend Jess to everyone.

I cannot recommend this Studio enough! I've gotten 3 piercings and 2 tattoos from here! First of all, Jess is amazing! I've had absolutely no problems with my piercings during/after getting them done. Very professional and down to earth. I can say the same about Aaron. Throughout the process of getting my 2 arm pieces done he was very kind. Would let me have breaks and check up on how I'm handling it. The front desk lady (sorry I don't know the name) is very helpful and always keen to answer any questions I had. The Studio itself is a very comforting place to be. If you're stuck getting a giant tattoo piece there's always interesting art on the walls to look at! At first I thought the piercing prices were high... But if you want high quality jewellery and a correctly placed piercing that compliments your look, then this is the place to go! I'm already thinking/planning on going back very soon!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Honestly I booked an appointment to get my ears re-pierced! I choose Swarovski earrings which are super cute and DEFINITELY worth the price, especially for a re-piercing. Since then my ears have been healthy and my new earrings are soooo much easier to take in and out without any hassle. If you happen to get your ears re-pierced this is the best place!!! And make sure to get Swarovski earrings because they’re super shiny and worth the new memory of healthy pierced ears! I’m thinking of coming back and getting my first tattoo even! I had a piercing done by Jess, she was super helpful and informative through the process. The piercing did not look exactly how we wanted it to the first time given the tricky location (Navel). However Jess kindly listened to my concern when I came back in and we decided to get it re-done in a few months to get it exactly how I wanted it. And yes, the second time going in was absolutely great, Jess knew exactly what to look out for to get a better result this time and she nailed it!! Thank you Jess you are amazing xx

I brought my young daughter here to get her ears pierced for the first time (piercing guns are bad). I have been pierced by Jess before, and she was as amazing as always. Very friendly and ambitious team. The woman at the reception was eagerly helping me trying to find a good motive for the tattoo since I only had an vague idea. The artist (I'm saying artist because what he does is beautiful art) was friendly and came up with his own idea's for the tattoo. He was gentle and very professional. If you are a fan of older rock music, you gonna love it because that's what he likes to hear while doing his work. Very good place and I'm more then satisfied with this beautiful tattoo, thank you!

Had Jess perform a tongue piercing on me on Saturday 10th April for my birthday - the process was utterly amazing. She was 100% professional, is fantastic with clients who have a nervous disposition (like myself). Her bedside manner is wonderful. Jess is informative, and explains the process to you in a way that you understand , her after care protocol is fantastic. Jess also performed a septum piercing on me about a year and a half ago. I can't say enough positive things about Jess and her professionality. She is easily one of the most thorough, highly educated, innovative piercers I have ever met and have had the pleasure of piercing me. Thanks for making the whole procedure as smooth as humanly possible , Jess. You're a credit to your profession , and the only piercer that I would be pierced by moving forward ❤️

I have been in here before for spur of the moment tattoos, and today I came in for a lip piercing with Jess. The staff at the front were so warm and friendly as they always have been, made me feel very welcomed! Jess was lovely and super professional, did a wicked job on my piercing. Had a standard earlobe piercing done by Jess here and I couldn't recommend this place enough! Staff are insanely friendly and welcoming, and Jess is amazingly knowledgeable and great at her craft. I'm oddly terrified to needles but Jess put me at ease by explaining every step she was doing. It didn't even hurt as much as I expected! She also gave me great advice regarding my sensitivity to some metals. She was happy to answer all my questions and provided great aftercare instructions, plus a check up in a month. Will be recommending Jess to anyone looking for a piercing! :)

Just took my daughter in to see Jess to get her ears pierced. Jess was absolutely fantastic at putting her at ease, explaining everything she was doing and letting her take breaks. I came here to get pierced by Jess. What attracted me was that the standard jewellery she pierces with is implant grade titanium instead of surgical steel (unlike most piercing places). Some people might think that the prices are steep, but I can tell you it's worth every dollar. She took her time to check my anatomy and make sure I was happy with the placement. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone considering a new piercing.

This is my first tattoo, I wanted a momento of our long holiday to Australia and New Zealand. Ben talked me through the design, and tweaked it to fit my circumstances and exact requirements. His skill has left me with a fantastic design, it's a manta ray with Pau shell coloured wings, the body is a turtle and the tail a shark. It looks absolutely stunning and shimmers in the light. Holly the receptionist was superb, and offered excellent after care advice. Thank you to the team for the professional service.

I got my septum pierced by Jess. It was very painless, felt like an IV injection in the arm. She was clearly very experienced and walked me through the basics, as I have never been pierced before. 10/10 recommend going to her! If only I was in AKL for m entire life, I'd go no where else!!

I went to get a septum piercing. It was very professional, quick and yet very hospitable. When it was being done, I was informed about everything there was to it, even before I got it and even after. It was a walk in the park. I have heard some scary reviews of other places where septum piercings have gone wrong, but to be honest this was the least painful and yet best experience and I look forward to getting more piercings and tattoos from here itself.
