I would recommend Kerry Parkin Art, a Brilliant Tattooist with decades of experience in NZ and abroad. Kerry pulled my 1/2 sleeve down into a full sleeve old school, blacked out Japanese style Dragon. From design to complete composition, Kerry went the extra mile and his studio at Lincoln is private, clean and modern. My full sleeve looks like one piece and as if it had always been there.
