After calling several Tyre shops in Bbay and Albany - I rocked up to these guys today (Xmas eve) with a Screw in my Tyre, and they dropped everything and fixed puncture for me there and then! Awesome service! 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽 Now I can travel during holidays without a worry.

Having had my car fail a WoF - I asked GPAuto to replace the rear shocks. This was done - but without asking them - they took the car back to have the WoF redone. Now that's service!

Greg and Fiona at GP Auto are the VERY VERY best. Honest, down-to-earth, helpful, genuine and extremely lovely. I cannot rate or recommend them highly enough and am deeply indebted to them for all they have done for me. I have used their battery hire/recharge/test service, had my clutch replaced, an issue with my gearbox worked on and other stuff. Each time, the staff have been friendly, the required work discussed and explained and additional required work brought to my attention. The service standard is beyond reproach and the bill fair and honest.

Have used them several times over the years. The service has always been excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way. The rates charged were very good and reasonable. Car was ready when they said it would be ready. Very friendly staff and service. Will certainly use them.

This service centre is the best I have ever experienced. Greg, is the head man, who has a high integrity of all things involved with mechanics and customer service. I always recommend this firm to anyone who wants a fair honest deal .

These guys are fantastic. Extremely honest, fair and they explain issues in a way that anyone can understand. Mechanics can sometimes be known for pulling the wool over their customers eye's - not these guys. Will be bringing all of my vehicles there in the future.

My wife Andie brought her car in for a check as the engine light was on. The car was done on the same day and the fault diagnosed. She was impressed by the prompt work done and the help received. The Manager was courteous and explained the nature of the problem to her. Thank you.
