D.I was picked up quite quickly from a course I had been doing at about 7.45pm, and taken to my home address, by a very nice, helpful, taxi driver. I appreciated the prompt service, and friendly driver, as it was my first time, using Hamilton Taxis. I was very impressed, so I will definitely be using them again.
S.We went from Waikato Hospital to the middle of Cambridge, which is about a 25min drive. I told the driver that I wasn’t feeling very well and, provided I had my seat belt on, he was happy for me to lay down the whole trip so that I was comfortable and turned the radio down so that it was nice and quiet for me.
M.Thank you Hamilton Taxis. You went way beyond the usual customer service to meet our taxi requests. I cannot thank you enough! Highly recommend you use this taxi company.

b.I've used Hamilton Taxies for years and have always been very pleased with the drivers and clean comfortable standard of the vehicles. They are always on time and know where to go. The only negative is the highly irritating 'blue bottle cabs' call waiting filler. This is confusing because you have called Hamilton Taxis only to hear its Blue Bottle cabs - when it isn't.

M.Professional service, cabs are clean and on-time. pickup is their main specialty and that is the reason i always call Hamilton taxi, whenever I am travelling to the airport. J.My driver Atiar was just amazing. He was waiting at the airport for me with my name on a sign. Arranged to pick me up again even though I wasn't sure when i'd be ready, when i did call he arrived within minutes. I also found out the company has been supporting the Muslim community who were travelling to the funerals after the mosque attacks by driving them free of charge. They also help the elderly. Very positive experience!!!

I do disagree with the policy around ACC jobs needing to be distributed through the office as that is how I had a few delays
