Parm was both flexible and helpful in responding to my request for a ride from somewhere in Hamilton to Auckland Airport the next day. We were unable when we made the booking to say where we would be for the pick-up. He was happy to have me call close to the pick-up time to say where we actually were. Another excellent attribute was that when he said he would call me back he did! Wayne, the driver, was a very careful driver and pleasant company for the journey. So altogether we were very impressed with this company.

My flight from Sydney back to Auckland was delayed 2 hours by weather, arriving finally at 1am. Not a problem for Supervan, the driver (and owner) was still waiting, and offered me a bottle of water too. My favourite shuttle company, great service. Highly recommended!

Our departure and return flights from Auckland airport were both late at night. I had booked Supervans to take us from Hamilton to the airport and to pick us up one month later to bring us back. Parm, our driver, was excellent. He was on time, he was helpful, he was a safe and careful driver and, most importantly, he was on time to pick us up, even although our flight got in 25 minutes ahead of schedule. Great service.

I have travelled to New Zealand for business twice every month for the last 3 years and for the past year arranged all my transfers from Auckland to Hamilton with Supervan. I have always found them to be very helpful with prompt replies to my varied arrival and departure times with minimal waiting time. I have tried other shuttle services and have waited at the airport for up to 2 hours before leaving. I would highly recommend Supervan's service.

There was a fire at Auckland airport and we sat on the tarmac in the plane for five hours. Finally got through customs at 1:30 am in the morning and who was still there waiting for us - Supervan - what a great service! You can guess how happy we were with them.

There were 19 of us that are struggling to find transportation across Auckland and Hamilton, then we came across Supervan where the owner/driver was amazing. He was patient and genuine. He took us to Waitomi Caves as he picked us up in Auckland on time. He also provided Hobbiton tickets as everything was sold out. Would highly recommend them for international and domestic tourists.
