A.Fabulous shuttle from Auckland International Airport right to my rural doorstep! Harry was a competent, considerate driver who did not speed or take any risks on a cold, dark night.
The immaculate, late model Mercedes all to myself was a lovely touch of luxury. Harry even made sure I got into my house, which was in pitch darkness because of a power cut.
I'll certainly use this service next time, for a hassle free connection my flight. Highly recommended!
A.Thank you so much Luxury Airport shuttles for getting us home in the Covid lock down. Fabulous service out of hours on a friday evening to arrange a shuttle for us back to Rotorua for the very next day after we managed to secure a flight to Auckland at the last minute to get home. We had no idea how we would get out of Auckland in level 4 but they came to our rescue. Lovely staff to deal with on the phone and our driver was friendly and drove very well. Thank you
P.100% reccomend. Drivers both on the 22nd June and 26th June AKL - TGA - AKL (sorry cant remember their names) were absolutly lovely. Booked return shuttle at a discounted price and was chauffeured both times. Even stopped for a hot drink in Ngatea on the way back to Auckland. I will absolutely use this service when ever I need to!
C.I don't understand any of the poor reviews. Most people are complaining of having to wait for other passengers to join their shuttle, or detouring to pick up passengers. But that's what this service is, you should expect that. It's written on the website while you're booking that that may happen. My experience was superb. My driver was super nice and personable, we chatted the whole 2+ hours from my house to the airport. The only other passenger in the shuttle opted to nap. The driver drove safely. The shuttle itself was really nice, perfectly clean. I would absolutely recommend this service to anybody.
g.DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! These guys are just amazing. I missed my connection to Auckland and really felt i let them down not being able to contact them to tell them. The next day I arrived at Auckland having rung them to say I had arrived a day late, they told me exactly how to find the shuttle and the driver. The attitude and care was just amazing. The drivers were first rate, kid, considerate, even asking in people wanted to stop to get milk etc. The whole experience was just fantastic, a real please to deal with them...NUMBER 1 Choice. S.Used Luxury Airport Shuttles for the first time this week as usual company I use did not answer phone over long weekend and I needed to ensure I had a booking for pick up on the Tuesday. Absolutely superb service from the booking experience on Saturday during a long weekend, to the phonemail confirming pick up time...thank you Avi, you were very professional, to the punctual pick up on Tuesday by Vicki. Great driver, very friendly, who made the trip enjoyable. The van itself was obviously well maintained and extremely comfortable, and far better than the competitors. Price very competitive.
Definitely would recommend and will be using from now on.
L.Recently I travelled overseas doing a variety of international flights and using Luxury Airport Shuttles from Tauranga and back . My plane was one and a half hours late back to Auckland. A special driver Jan and my own personal shuttle was sent to bring me home so I would not have to wait several hours for the next shuttle. Jan was just delightful and we chatted all the way to my front door. I am so grateful for the exceptional service at no extra cost to me that this caring company gives. I have used them before and will use them again in the future. I can strongly reccommend this excellent friendly service. Thank you to all the people that made my homecoming so pleasant. A cup of tea is always available at my place for this lovely lady and she is to be congratulated on delightful manner and service.
R.I didn't have the easiest trip back. Had an issue with my board bag being too big to fit in the van and there was no trailer with racks. I did request everything prior to my booking. It was a simple mistake that left me in the airport for a few hours. In the end, these guy's did everything they could to make sure I got home sooner rather than later. I really appreciated the effort they made to correct their mistake. Would recommend.

B.Luxury Shuttles stepped in and helped me at short notice after being mucked around with aerolink shuttles who left me stranded at the airport after already booking a fare with them. Will use Luxury Shuttles again as their service was faster, cleaner and cheaper. Great work guys and thanks to Vicki the driver.
S.Drivers are courteous and professional. I've used them over three years and have not been disappointed by their service. My only criticism is that I've had to be the one to confirm pick up times. It would be nice if they had a text or email service to confirm this.
L.We arrived back in nz 7pm after 20 odd hours flying or waiting in airports. Found the driver sitting in his van and was told the wait would be an hour. We set off for Hamilton and I suggested Gordonton rd best way to Rototuna. He said he had GPS directions. At the Taupiri roundabout he went straight ahead then turned left into Driver rd which is a dark narrow back rd with lots of 45 & 55hr corners. When we questioned the route he said he new where he was going. I suggest it added 15 minutes plus to top it off he left my shoulder bag in the van and gave me the wrong suitcase. I tried to ring their office 3 times but got no answer?
