P. M.Friendly and informative staff. Safe and secure transport for the bikes, a great way to start an awesome bike ride. We did the ride in one day, next time we'll be staying at the Timber Trail Lodge, again a super friendly team, a great place to stay and add something special to the experience.
H. M.Victoria and her team at the Shuttle were more than helpful and accommodating. Friendly and informative with no hanging about. Rob had us up the road and along the way to the lodge in no time at all. We had the pleasure of his local knowledge as well as some quirky stories to add into the mix!! News of rugby Greats and local farming tips helped to pass the time. Arrived at the beautiful lodge and everything was in order. A great start, thanks to the Shuttle team. (It would be awesome if the shower worked at the base on the return, especially on those very hot and sticky days). But an awesome experience. Thanks
A.Very easy company to deal with, great communication and all staff provided excellent service. Our shuttle drivers gave a good commentary on the history of the area and made us feel very comfortable before we set off for the ride. Thank you
P.A great location and a fairly easy gradient. However, it is bumpy in parts so you may want to use your own bike or hire a bike with Full Suspension. The hire bikes are okay, but are probably best suited for your typical bike trail versus a mountain bike track. They do have front wheel suspension but it would have been great having rear or at least seat.
Watch out for pot holes, these have been filled with a sand like material and grab ya at speed. One of our party came off and was lucky to not badly injure herself.
Thumbs up to the shuttle driver, engaging and talked all the way up, loved what he was doing and was happy to share his own insights.
R. M.Superb service from all staff who were friendly and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. The commentary in the shuttles was interesting. All staff were exceptional - helping load and unload our bikes and ensuring the shuttles were on time.

Rob our driver was amazing, he talked the whole way telling us about the history of the area and farm life. Barney was fantastic at fixing Denis's bike on the spot.

J. T.Great shuttle service for solo rider like me - no minimum number to book. Staff were friendly, helpful and made me feel safe that they'll come find me in case I don't get out of the forest! 😅 Highly recommend
C. P.Shuttle service was brilliant, everyone very helpful. We were given brand new bikes which mostly handled it well. Unfortunately my chain came off twice and we had to undo the link to release it. Make sure you have the tools and know what you are doing or have someone in your group that does to avoid a potentially long walk.
It's no fault of the operator, they provided great bikes that have a good reputation, it was just unlucky for me that my bike's chain jumped off the biggest cog.
A thoroughly great trip which our group of 10 really enjoyed.
