I was looking for a set of steelies and all terrains for a Prado and was shopping around. Came across this place on a tip in a Facebook group and upon fast and friendly contact I stopped.looking further. Got a great deal on 5 tyres and steel rims and it was installed on the next day. Couldn't speak high enough of the attention to detail and service. Can't beat a owner operator business, definitely worth supporting. Thanks again team, stoked with the new set.

This is hands storm the best place for tires. The owner and staff are truly amazing, friendly and know there job. I seriously cannot fault them and have used them for years without a problem. Even stopping off to have my tires inside and pressure checked is no problem for them. They are so accommodating to my and others needs. Nice to have such a friendly local store I always recommend this place to family and friends

This dude! With no exaggeration this is the place to go. After 5 other shops across North Shore we came across BBT and ended up booking in for a next day install immediately. One other in particular quoted the same mag/wheel install $2,000 more expensive than this place did. Go figure. No names mentioned. Turned up late in the afternoon with our 11 month old baby in tow, it was clearly home time for this guy. Still, he talked us through for about half an hour, respectfully even his wife turned up to pick him up, still he didn't flinch knowing we were on the end of our tethers with mag/wheel shopping. He explained all the different packages and all that. We booked in without hesitation not only because his pricing was very good vs other places (probably too good, hopefully not underselling himself), but also because he was the first attentive, genuine, and honest dude we'd come across. Big ups for that, appreciated to deal with someone over our mags that was down to earth and not a freak, cocky money monger creep like elsewhere we'd been. Next day, wheels done, he'd come across a few issues with our sensors but plugged through that and didn't hold that against us, honoring the original quote. Can't fault him on absolutely anything. Really nice dude, excellent service, easy to get to and in and out of. Awesome, happy as customer right here. That's a true business person there. Respect bro. Thanks heaps, and you'll definitely see us & the Ranger again. Cheers.

Excellent service and very professional, it's a nice change to see people that work on your car honest and that do a good job. So many tyre shops I have been to with poor service and charging for work that they said they have done. These guys are A+ and a place I will be going to from now on

Sharad at Brown's Bay tyres went above and beyond to help us out. We are from Whangarei and urgently needed new tyres so we could get home for work the following day. He came in on a Sunday just to help us out when they and all other tyre shops are usually closed. He had a great range of tyres to choose from at very good prices. We ended up getting our second vehicle a full new set of tyres too. We were dealt with in a very polite and professional manner and the customer service was excellent. I couldn't recommend Brown's Bay tyres highly enough. We will definitely be back.

Bloody good buggers getting a new set of tyres tomorrow this is my second set from them . I did a hell of a lot of long distance trips normally 1300 km in one go and every time i got back to browns bay they made sure the car was all good to go. Good buggers 👍
