Honest, reasonable prices, solid workmanship, great communication and customer service - these folks are the real deal. I'd relocated a few years ago to this side of town from the Eastern suburbs so had been experiencing difficulty finding a reliable shop I can trust. That worry has been taken away from me - thanks to Jason and the entire team at Bush Road Tyres.

Just looking for a wheel alignment for my terrano as alot of tyre shop around Auckland just do simple wheel alignment which is not ideal for the make of my truck. After going into the shop my truck needs a shim alignment not only I came out the shop knowledge but felt a warm welcome by keiren. Just gutted that the service ddnt happen as they are very busy and I'm in the rush. Will Def go back to this shop as they are very knowledgeable, honest and seems reliable. Brought my holden commodore in this afternoon for what I thought was a wheel alignment, ended up being my steering rack snapped off the subframe but the boys at Bush road tyres didn't hesitate to get I sorted for me last minute not long before closing, they've saved me an accident and a lot of money, if you want somewhere to go to get the job done right and get amazing customer service your place to be is defiantly bush road tyres, you'll have my future support for as long as your open that's for sure

The best service I've had from a tyre shop. Initially the alignment was completed but I felt the steering wheel wasn't straight enough. I took the car back and the chaos sorted it straight away and explained everything in depth. Very honest and good pricing. I'll be back for sure. Kieren and the senior chap there were amazing. Update: two years later and still great service! Kieren is super knowledgeable and gives you real world, useful advice. The team is efficient, super friendly and always dial in the wheel alignments to perfection. Steering wheel is always dead straight and makes the car so much more effortless to drive! Including the brakes on our classic car which other 'Specialist classic car mechanics' could not fix; these guys went over and beyond to ensure they identified the issue, get in the best parts at the best prices and work tirelessly to have them leave, pristine. I called about getting some tyres. Not really a big deal, I've bought tyres before but here we had bit of a chat about what was available. The difference between different makes, mileage against road noise and wet & dry grip, the difference in pricing and weighed up the best type of tyre that may be better suited to my style of driving and the type of motoring I do. Plus a professional alignment with printed results of various angles analysed and what rectification had been done and why, Plus a report of each individual wheel, indicating ones which were not quite as round as they should be and might need further attention to improve ride. Very impressed, excellent, professional service from attentive polite staff. Drove away with 4 new tyres, very pleased with myself for finding such a good place to do business with. Highly recommended, I don't believe anyone could go wrong dealing with these guys.

BRT have been my go to place for all things tyres for a few years now. The staff are always happy and friendly and their prices are keen. Now that they are offering mechanical services, I took my brake issue to them (failed WOF). They determined, there was no fault and took it back to the testing station to retest and pass. I expect this must have taken the best part of an hour to do and there was NO CHARGE. I have another car due for a service and my wife's car is needing new tyres - guess where both these cars will be going. And I will be telling all my workmates to go there. Outstanding.

Very pleased with Bush Road Tyres and their friendly service. I emailed a request, and was phoned back literally within minutes. I was told to bring my car in, had my wheels balanced and rotated, and the best of all, these guys performed it all for free. I’ve been here a few times over for the years for trailer tyres and on the old mans hilux, recently he had a tyre failure due to excessive kms and I asked them for advice on a replacement set, they ordered new Gt Radials, booked the job in quickly, supplied and fitted the tyres with a wheel alignment at a very good price, will definitely use these guys again.

Good prices, excellent service. Came in for a wheel alignment and they found, and brought to my attention, that two tyres were at the point of coming apart due to wear. They did not push the tyre sale on me, however. They brought the tyres in while I saved for them, and fitted and balanced the new ones very nicely. They let me watch them work, and they explained everything I was curious about. Definitely coming back here for my next set of tyres!

Went in with a huge nail in my tyre at 8am, they offered to patch it up on your spot for $25 which I thought was great. After the fix the guy gave me some advice on my tyres then told me there was no charge for the fix! What a guy
