R.Great place with great price! Lucky matched/beat hyper's price for my new wheels and tyres. And he also matched my mechanic's quote for repairs. Went back today to check if there is still leak after they fixed my rocker cover gasket 2 weeks ago.. Of course NO more leaks (thanks to the mechanic, forgot your bro :) ! Bunch of honest and friendly guys.. Highly recommended!

H.I had a flat tyre on Harris Rd., So I dropped by just to change into my space saver tyre as I already have booked my car somewhere else to replace all tyres.
The team at Tony's immediately changed the tyre within a minute. When I asked how much should I pay the gentlemen refused to charge a single cent. That's what I call caring about other people in need and good attitude.
I shall come back to Tony's for sure

The booking process was easy over the phone. On arrival I was given a run through on what will be done and how much it will cost me by Gaurav who had excellent customer service skills. Had a tyre puncture fix that was needed to be done which they managed to resolve and also checked the rest of the tyres as-well which I appreciate.
Also want to shout out to the new guy who was doing the wheel alignments at the time. Cool dude and had a good time chatting with him.

L.Arrived at 10 am and the manager told me it will take 2 hours for fitting 4 tyres but it took almost 4 hours, which made me had to cancel my physio appointment. As far as I noticed, for the first two hours, my car was just waiting outside, and there were many walk-in customers, not sure if they did the service in order.

A.I went to get one tyre cause one had popped but Gaurav said I needed two so my car is balanced. Would highly recommend him and the tyre place in Botany because they were very friendly and were willing to help me with other services my car needed.

H.Bought 2 tyres. After a decent research I FIND their prices by far cheaper compare to any other PLACE. Customers are offered free coffee and water from a wending machine while they wait.

Daegen kept me well informed about issues in my car that needed immediate attention. I honestly appreciate that as it keeps me and others safe on the road. The never pushed their services/products to me and have always asked for my consent first. Kudos to their mechanics as well.
Services, especially on moving parts, can always be costly, but Nitin has managed to give me a reasonable deal, which I appreciate despite the situation with Covid-19.
I will definitely use their service again. I hope you'll keep up the good work and genuine customer care!

A.Gary and his team did a fantastic job on my Honda Accord, Invoice# 4460589.
My car needed Transmission Flush, two new tires, front and read break pads and break oil. The quote from Gary was about 40% cheaper than Honda Car Dealer. Gary further went out of the way did full car analysis. He also arranged a gentleman to drop me home and pick me up when the job was done. The work done was of top quality and I am happy with how my car response.

J.I originally went in to get 4 tyres replaced and my brake lights changed. During their checks and changes they told me they saw how dirty my engine oil was and advised i had to get it flushed and cleaned. My friends told me that this should have been included in the full service but considering how long my car hasn't been serviced for, i paid a pretty reasonable price for it. I didn't feel pressured at all to purchase anything. They had suggestions and i could've said no, but i trusted their capabilities and knowledge and they delivered. Nitin accomodated me when i told him my situation and he suggested one of the lovely guys drive me home (Sukh). it was nice getting to know who would be looking after my car and just offering a ride home when i couldn't was extra points for me since i needed to get this all done before tomorrow. I picked up my car today and they told me what else needed to get fixed, how much it would cost and an ideal timeframe of when it should get done. I left and came back cause i was concerned about my steering wheel and Gary took the time out of his day to fix it. Luhira and Jetau made conversation with me while i waited by getting to know me, their customer. The only thing that took me aback was the price and how the full service didn't include a flush and top up. Maybe that could be a thing there one day lol. Overall, customer service was great and my car is fresh and ready for WOF. Thanks guys! I'll be back again

A.Very impressed with my recent experience with Tony's Tyres Botany. I purchased 4 new tyres and a set of "Kong" black alloys for my Nissan Tiida. I found their prices reasonable and their products/services value for money. For me personally when I'm shopping, I love the concept of a "one stop shop" where you can get all your vehicle services, wheel alignment, tyre rotation and free balancing attended to in one go. Tony's Tyres Botany also offer a free routine check and will alert you if anything needs looking at. I had the pleasure of being looked after by Nitin. His customer service was awesome and his product knowledge on which tyres/alloys would best suit my vehicle was commendable. I was so pleased with the whole experience that I've rebooked for next week so they can fix my front head lights, as the outside plastic coating has become dull. J.Good customer service. Went in knowing I needed at least 2 new tyres, but after getting them all checked, definitely needed 3. Gave me options to choose from - got a good price for a whole new set of 4 tyres. Also, was generous in honouring a voucher that had expired for a wheel alignment.

In the evening at 5:20pm I want to start my 1h commute home from work and find some kind of nail has punctured my tyre. No way to drive like this and I am in a bad spot.
I call them and despite their regular closing time of 5:30 pm the team of Tony’s Tyres Botany was willing to stay longer and help me out!
So I went there and got new tyres!
I was not rushed, they were super nice and patient and everything was sorted just after 6pm.
They showed the attitude that all of us should have and the world would be a better place
