R.Went into this place do with a nail in Tyre. Fully booked out, so I waited outside one of the guys came outside and offered me a seat inside which I was thankful for but I was waiting for my family to pick me up. Excellent service, awesome customer care. Well done!

M.Called in on Saturday morning at 9:15 for an urgent appointment. Was asked to come in at 11:30. Technician checked the car promptly, offered multiple solutions. At no point did I feel pressured for a sale. I opted to do a wheel alignment with rotation and balance instead of replacing all 4 wheels which would have the more expensive permanent solution. Picked up call at 1:30 as promised. Drives so much better. Will return in 6 months time to get all the tyres replaced.

Shout out to Abid! This was our first time at Tony's Tyre service and we had a great experience! My wife and I have been checking on other Tyre services before we came here and when I called this branch, I'm impressed by the level of knowledge that he has. He's not like the typical assertive marketing and the caring tone has made us decide to visit this place.
We were greeted by a friendly staff when arrived. He was informative, checked our car's tyre thoroughly while being very attentive to all our questions. We learned a lot about the tyre and how to maintain it. Guess what? It was Abid that I have spoken with on the phone!
Apart from that, we got a very good deal, the best deal I would say. We were explained about the benefits of nitrogen and the tyre cover plus (Free replacement if the tyre is damaged beyond repair) for a small fee. He didn't force us to buy it or change his attitude when we show no interest. This is level of professionalism is beyond compare. We decided to get the cover plus because it was explained nicely and we understood the benefits.
The work was clean and tidy. The team did a great job installing both front tyres. It's not that long to get the work done. Thanks to the team especially Abid! I can tell that the car maneuver is smoother than before! Thank you and I wish you success!

H.Let me be fair. This place is owned by some Indian fellas and this is a good place to go into. Invoked it in for a puncture repair, and the service was excellent. There will always be someone who doesn't like you but that's absolutely fine.

Jeet who served us was friendly and hard working staff and very helpful to meet our needs. The manager was also very reliable and helpful. He gave us a great deal and saved our money by letting us know and reduced unnecessary bills. We had all 4 tyres replaced and aligned wheels. Highly satisfied.

A.Went in for a free tyre rotation and ended up sitting there for 3 hours. Let me explain. Apparently, as they were working on the tyre rotation, one of the guys informed me that one of the studs on the front right wheel had been cross-threaded or stripped off its threads and said it was unsafe to operate the vehicle anymore. He tried to say that I was responsible for this and I told him that I never had removed the tyres since their purchase. I told him that another Tony's store was the last to work on the tyres when I purchased 4 new tyres ($800) about 6 months ago. They double checked with the other store (good business practice), got no conclusive info and finally, to cut my story short, replaced the stud at no cost.
I had initially thought that I would be giving them a 1- star rating due to the way I was being spoken to but since they worked hard to resolve the issue, I will give them the due credit. Thanks team!
4 stars because I was kept waiting for 30-45 mins between updates and that was hard.
Kudos for working to resolve customer issues but keep customers updated on what's going on with the job and give an idea of what to expect much sooner.

J.Very pleased with the service and friendly staff. Went in just for a quote, but was really pleased with the offer they gave me. They give free puncture repairs, which is cool. On top of that, they give free rotation every 6 months to swap the front tyres with the back ones! That wasn't expected, but much appreciated! Noticed the difference in the tyres as soon as I drove off. Definitely recommended!
O.Fantastic, friendly service with great communication. The store has a fair number of carparks for customers as well, so there are enough carparks on rotation for each scheduled appointment. Nice seating areas that allow for social distancing for a number of customers.

I live in near the new lynn branch yet I choose to go to the Henderson branch cause I feel better treated as a customer here. Would happily come back personally and recommend to others! Five stars. 👍

B.The service received at the store wasn't the greatest, I wouldn't rate it more than 2 stars. Grease marks left on my car (matte wrapped) and difficult to wash off.
Was advised that I would be called when job finished, however when arrived back for pick up, the car was outside, and already ready to go.
Service has dropped incredibly.
Update: the follow up call regarding this review was great. Good effort by the regional manager who was able to assist with aftercare. Service was better the second time round however there is plenty of room for improvement.

T.Great service, great staff. They have coffee and the herald while you wait. As a female, never feel like they are trying to rip me off, they offer good products and advice. The ONLY reason I didn't give a 5, is that I was told I'd be called when it was finished, and I wasn't :( I understand how busy they are though. Apart from that, it's my go to tyre place, even sent a friend there today!!!

D.Booked in at 9am took 2 hours and 40mins to change the 2 tyres as told their balancer was broken but I would guess that’s would be the most important tool for a Tyre shop. Nice to have a coffee machine but it has nothing not even hot choc for a winter day. Nice guy at the store and apologetic about it.

M.I came to the Tony's Tyres Boys in Henderson having been told by a local independant mechanic that I needed new tyres and mechanical repairs for my WOF, and said independant mechanic then dragged their feet and mucked me around. I arrived at Tonys Tyres pretty annoyed from having been taken for a ride by the other place, but within moments of having arrived at Brandon and his team really brought my confidence back. Not only was I given a full rundown of the repairs my car would need (and why), but they also pointed out some things the other place did not, which would have cost me far more money down the road had. Shaheed was the mechanic who worked on my cars repairs, and he was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained things clearly, and I felt thoroughly looked after by the whole team. I was also given help with payment options. Honestly, it was the best experience I have had with regards to car repairs, which I usually dread! Can't sing their praises highly enough. Thoroughly recommended.

I paid for x4 economy truck tyres for my hilux on 31/1/19 to be eligible for their special before 1st feb and booked my truck in to have them replaced on 2/1/19. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and given an honest and realistic completion time. First time I've used them today and will definitly be using them as my tyre supplier from now on.

M.In January we replaced all four tyres with Tony's tyres. They were a little expensive with their first offer but that is because they always try to offer the best quality for safety purposes. Being realistic though as my budget dictates they were able to find and source quality Firestone and complete wheel alignments that was more affordable but did not skimp on safety. The great thing about this team is that they are helpful and concerned for your safety. I was back in last week as I thought one of the tyres had a slow leak and they'll fix this for free as a service to Tony Tyre Customers. However the damage and location appear to have been the result from a little incident with my fence so they have happily prepared a quote for insurance purposes. Note to self be more careful.
