I spoke on the phone with Joyce and she was honestly the loveliest and most helpful person everrrr! Her service was AMAZING! Initially she asked me my tyre size and the price range I was looking for. This branch didn't have them and she said that she could order them in from the Christchurch branch and it would be in within the next week but I apologised saying that I needed them by Monday and I know its so last minute so its okay. From then, I was honestly just going to ask another place but she said she would do everything she could to help me and she did! Thank you for your service Joyce today! Really good service, a lot of upselling but as to be expected with car services. Got given a discount on my four tyres which was way better pricing than I had estimated. I also had some concerns with my windscreen wipers that I hadn't mentioned and Jas picked up on them and offered me a good price for pretty decent quality stuff. I was given an estimate of 1.5hrs through the call centre, however it was done in under an hour. Pretty pleased with initial encounter, hope that my tyres and wipers last well.

Hi Dealt directly with Joel the store manager who was very helpful. He helped me to find the correct battery i needed and answered all my questions about the work that was being carried out. The prices were reasonable the work was all professionally done. I am very with the service Joel provides me with and I've been bringing all my cars here because he is pleasant to deal with. I had observed a few instances where customers had lot their temper at the manager but he kept calm and dealt with them in a diplomatic manner to solve the problem. Highly recommend! Came in to repair a puncture but it was on a steep angle and unable to be repaired so was replaced at the same price as previous given saving $50 per tyre. Also they noticed my fronts where balding and then offered a free tyre so I ended up having 4 new tyres. Then they checked on the engine and explained on what needed repair for servicing and even though I said no they still explained it well so that I’m aware. Please with the good and thoughtful service to keep my family safe on the road. Check them out...
