A.Super easy to deal with. The Tyre City team definitely has that can-do attitude.
Brought my car to another tyre shop first and they couldn't find anything wrong with my tyre despite my tyre pressure sensor lit up.
Popped into tyre city instead and they found a puncture within 5 minutes and fixed it in 15 mins.
Reasonable price too.

m.No hassle, professional service and excellent deal to boot. Had being putting off replacing tyres (expense, hassle) then got a puncture.
Called in to these guys got a real deal, booked in for fitting and wheel alignment the following morning and now feels like I'm driving a new car. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend these guys, they're not pushy with sales and they were very patient and happy to provide me with various options at needle sharp prices. J.Awsome tyre shop, handy location to get to. Excellent and professional services provided by James and the Team. They even have loan cars. Good facilities in Customer waiting areas, coffee machines, free WiFi, TV that you can choose channels. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, they carry qaulity brands but can get also other brands at customer requets. I recently bought UC6 on specials, excellent values and quality tyres which has transformed the ride, feel like having a new set of suspensions, stability and enhanced corner8mg performance. As the saying goes.. European tyres for European cars, Japanese tyres for Japanese cars. Highly recommending for a visit, give them a call, I am sure you will enjoy the experience!

K.After sending out requests for quotes with all the details, Gerald from Tyre City Albany was the first one to respond with prices for 2 new tyres. The others either failed to respond or came back asking me to go in for a quote. I didn't bother with the rest, just booked the car in and got them fitted, balanced and aligned. Took no time at all. So pleased with the service, going to use Tyre City Albany for anything tyre related. I highly recommend them.

f.Booked in for this morning and replaced 4 tyres after a friend recommended. Met with James yesterday to discuss and he gave me a competitive quote on 3 options, which included tyre balancing and wheel alignment. Excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, quick turn-around, comfortable waiting area with coffee etc. Couldn't fault my experience in any way. Five Stars from me for customer service, attention to detail, and ambience.

R.I needed new tyres for my E90 335i BMW and thought I’d upgrade the rims at the same time. I really wasn’t sure what would work so emailed the store with some ideas of styles. Sam at Tyre City Albany was fantastic. He came back with some great options and really good prices and talked me through the wheel sizing and tyre options. I popped in this morning and it was all a breeze. Wheels, tyres, and wheel alignment all sorted, at a really good price. The car looks amazing and I left with a massive smile.
