A.I had a slow leak in one tyre. They removed the tyre, checked it, re-checked it and replaced the valve, which was a little rusty & loose . . . no charge! Great service!

F.I had 4 tyres replaced on my car today. Out of 3 places I enquired a quote from, Tyre City Botany was the cheapest. I made an online enquiry and Vaughn came back to me with a quote on 3 different tyre brands and expert advice within hours, Vaughn even made sure to reply to my emails and inform the shop on my needs while he was on holiday - which I did not expect at all, but definitely appreciated! Mitch assisted us today and his service was fast and efficient. Would happily recommend them to any one looking for good, friendly and expert service. If I could I would give them 10 stars!

I wanted to rate 5 stars. I was going to. But, after getting my front two tires replaced, the right front center cap went missing. I rang up and they were happy to replace free of charge no problem. I got there, and they accused me of lying to them about it, saying I was missing the right rear already when I brought it in, which I wasnt. so I turned up with 3 center caps total instead of the two they expected. Now, both rear center caps have the logo faded off them. Fronts both had the logo still on them. I had photographic evidence of this and showed them, taken a week before getting the tires replaced. But despite having three center caps, two without a logo and one with, they still accused me of lying to them.
Admittedly, it was a curfuffle because I had recently (after losing the center cap and ringing them about it) bought a new set of the same wheels in better condition, with 4 center caps all with the logo on, So actually I had 8 wheels and 7 center caps. (I was going in to get the new tires on my old wheels changed with the old tires on my new) though despite all my explaining they refused to believe me.
As much as it can possibly mean on the internet, I do not lie. I had proof I was not lying. I was disappointed because I was very satisfied with their service and expecting to continue using them until this happened.

D.Friendly, efficient and at a competitive price. Have been here for tyres, wheel alignment and puncture repair. All top notch! I had different tyre valve covers (metal looking ones) and all you need to know is that they put them back on. Usually I would take them off just in case but not needed anymore! Great attention to detail will be back and highly recommended
A.Really good service, friendly staff with good attitudes but the letdown was the fact that they didn't sell any lugs. Had to get theft proof ones which my mags don't deserve. Went from $10 to $50. Disappointed but the service was still good to give it 4 stars.

Now I don’t need to travel into the city to get what I need from a tyre service company that actually knows what they are doing. And let’s face it, you have to trust you’re getting the right tyres for your vehicle. It’s critical safety on the road and like most people I need to be confident about what advice is given. Had a puncture repair done here also and great they really explained properly about fixing it to meet strict safety regulations and why. Outstanding.

A.Great fast, friendly service in Botany. Was able to get a wheel alignment after calling prior (while already in the car driving). Clean and tidy waiting room with water and coffee machine although I didn't use. Would happily come here again for a wheel alignment.

r.I had a bad experience on alignment at another place. They just didn't do the work properly until I brought my car to Dylan. He quickly spotted the problems and fixed for me. Besides, he also willing to share his car/tires knowledge to me and patiently answered all my questions.

F.Popped in today to get a tyre checked that felt like it had a slow leak. Mitch checked it all over and was confident there was no leak. He also checked my other tyres and the pressure before replacing one of the air caps and sending me on my way free of charge. Exceptional customer service. I'll be back 🙂

Update:
A few months ago, I purchased and installed four new tyres here. Last Friday my car got hit by another driver and I decided to do a wheel alignment check to assess the damage. So I turned up during lunch time and was expecting to pay for the service. To my surprise, the folks here performed the alignment check free of charge ! Thank you !

And I can not thank the staff enough they were fantastic we went simply to ask if it could be repaired and ended up needing to purchase a brand new tyre. T.Tyre City Botany staff are extremely helpful and efficient. I have had my tyres replaced about 18 months ago and was shown how important wheel balancing and alignment is to get maximum performance and life out of my tyres. They did a great job and I am totally satisfied that I also had my wheel alignment done rather than flag it away as an unnecessary expense. More recently I have had a puncture repair undertaken with the same no delays service - on my way again after a short wait in their comfortable waiting lounge

J.Excellent service and friendly attitude, they provide the right advice which provides the safest option for you. We had a screw in the tyre and puncture, they said it could be safely repaired and did so efficiently and economically.
Reading one comment below, I would suggest they did not recommend repair for safety reasons, the fact someone else did it does not necessarily mean it was the right thing to do....

Asked how long it would take to do my tyres and a balance, Troy said about 45 minutes, which gave me enough time to walk to Botany Town Centre to do a couple errands. Came back right on 45 minutes and sure enough my car was ready and waiting:) Good selection of tyres and prices to suit. A great experience and will be back again.

R.they were very knowledgeable. they took my car for a test drive, figured out what's wrong with the steering and tyres, they did a wheel alignment and fixed my misaligned steering wheel, they took for another test drive, and then readjusted it again to make the steering wheel as straight as when it came out of the factory again.
