Had 2 new tyres fitted and a wheel alignment done. Very friendly and polite staff. Excellent service. Definitely recommend Tyre City Henderson.

Tyre City Henderson - the absolute cheek of you people! First you lure me in with your crazy fantastically priced tyres… and they’re not the cheap and nasty tyres that you need to replace before you’ve even finished paying them off - no no no! They are excellent quality, highly recommended tyre brands! What?! I know! The suspicion meter is on high alert….. So I get drawn in with the pricing and I know there must be a catch right? Of course there must! Ready to hear about all of the extra costs, or to be told that a more expensive tyre will be ‘so much better’, I start dealing with an actual real person. This person (in my case it was Dylan) was so helpful and so knowledgeable that I can’t even cope! He actually seemed happy to answer ALL of my questions (and there were many!) with kindness AND honesty?! What are you doing Tyre City Henderson? Are you crazy employing this person? He goes on to tell me that the price of the tyres includes fitting and balancing AND that he can do a wheel alignment for me at a price that I actually have trouble believing. This is just madness! So I push my luck…and I ask for an appt the next business day! Ha! That will ruffle some feathers! Except it didn’t! It was no problem at all. Nothing was a problem! When I arrived at Tyre City Henderson the whole process was so easy. In and out within the timeframe I was given. When does that ever happen? Advice given on how to get the most out of my new tyres. What? Wait - don’t you want me to burn through my tyres so I need to buy more? I don’t understand…. ‘After sale service’ including a free rotate and balance after 10,000kms AND a text message reminder when I’m due for a wheel alignment. You had me at ‘after sale service’ Tyre City Henderson! I mean, how do you get away with this? Great location, excellent deals, wonderful staff, professional service, honesty and integrity, going the extra mile… Don’t you know how rare it is to find any of these things these days?! I’m writing this to make sure other people know just exactly what you’re up to! And I’m not afraid to say that you've really gone and done it now! I refuse to go anywhere else for tyre maintenance, wheel alignments, wheel balancing, puncture repairs or any of the other many services you provide! And guess what? I put a lot of time and research into exposing you and you can’t stop me sharing with others what I have found out about you Tyre City Henderson! You should be ashamed of yourself for being so awesome!

Fantastic service. Tyre City Henderson went over and above to provide the best possible service as well as an amazing deal on a new full set of tyres. They really went out of their way to fit around my day and my needs. Thank you so much. They also beat Tony's by over $100 per tyre on a comparable Bridgestone. Would highly recommend.

very lovely people - had to come in to replace a tyre due to someone sabataging my trye, full expecting then to sell me a new tyre instead advise me should be fine with just a repair and just charged me the repair fee, lovely honest and not pushing for a sale

After calling all of the tyre shops in the Henderson area, these guys pulled through with the most competitive price in the area by a decent margin, not only that they were able to get tyres fitted the same day whereas others had to wait until tomorrow or order them in. Exceptionally kind and friendly service, especially for a last minute friday request. I'm absolutely stoked that I made the effort to call around, rather than going with the most convenient option. I never normally leave Google reviews, however after my experience at this shop I just had to share that their service truly goes above and beyond.
