After an initial mess up with the order, eventually the rims and tyres were fitted. Looking very smart indeed. Price was good as well. On the negative side, they need a 4th crewmember to operate the front desk and take care of the phones. The single entry and exit point, creates a bottle neck. The wash room needs a thorough clean. The guys are pationate about there work, the only thing missing was the final touch...tyre black. Would certainly go back there in the future.

I Took my 2006 Honda Civic for wheel alignment + Full service because the car was keep pulling left. The team at Vally tires was able to correctly diagnose the problem and fix the issue. One of the staff members was also kind enough to go on a test drive with me on the motorway to make sure that the issue was gone. They really went extra miles to help me with my problems. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking to get wheel alignment + Full service done. 10 out of 10!

I took my car here for wheel alignment and balancing and received exceptional service. The guys not only did a great job, but they answered all my questions and clarified all my doubts around balancing. They also took my car for a test drive to verify and validate an existing issue with my car. They were pretty quick with the job too and I didn't have to wait too long. I would surely recommend them if you're around the area. Only hassle for me was that is was really far, however it was worth the drive. Thanks team of valley tyres!

Outstanding service and fair prices. Took the car in for a WoF and service recently and was very happy with the results. They did a comprehensive check over the vehicle too which was not required and took the liberty to inform me of some issues which I should keep an eye on. Very happy with the service they did on the car and being mechanically minded, we were happy that the job that was done to a high standard. Right viscosity of oil used with all fluids topped up to the acceptable manufacturer tolerance. Car runs great now! Will be back for sure!

Very impressed, bought a Grabone voucher for my service and the guy did such a thorough job and found two additional things that needed to be done. One of which was a puncture i'm my tyre and the other was a filthy air filter that needed replacing. Both issues were fixed while i waited (only an extra 20mins) After that it was still on the cheaper side of any service i have had in the past. A coffee shop two doors down makes it just that little bit more ideal to get your car serviced here. Thanks guys!!!

Amazing job from the guys at Valley Tyre's, was able to put on 4 new tyres, + do a wheel alignment in just over an hour, with quality not being a problem. I dont believe that i will come back again here at Valley tyre. It happen that i need to change my 1 of my tyre coz it get punctured again. now i can say that that they have the lowest price compare to Discount tyre and tony's tyre here at Wairau. They will give the option you will need and explain what is the difference of the tyres that they need to replace. Thank you guys. Highly Recommended. Price is good with professional service. I have 4 tyres changed. A few days later, there is a very loud sound when I drive. I called them, telling them that I am not sure if I can drive my car to their shop for checking. Then, 2 of them come to my house within an hour, and find out that it should be just caused by a tiny stone. It is silly issue, but its obvious that they are really care about customer and provide a prompt support. Highly recommended

We purchased a GrabOne voucher some time ago and used it just recently (before Easter long weekend). The service is "Standard Service Oil Change incl. Oil Filter". The problems/concerns I have are 1. Our car alarm system stopped producing sounds on lock/unlock. What became out of order is a speaker sitting on top of the air filter box. According to the work statement they cleaned my air filter (my close friend car mechanic engineer was laughing). Besides wiring appeared in the car salon in front of the front left passenger seat. They said they didn't touch the speaker, nor wirings. We've been using our car alarm for 8+ years, no issues and straight after the car service it's dead. Coincidence? I doubt. 2. According to work statement an oil filter Z386 is installed. Indeed, a non-name A7 model was installed (akka made in Spain). It looks to me they're cheating customers. On asking why, the answer was don't look at the model Z386 in the work statement, this is just a generic naming for oil filter. My close friend (car mechanic engineer) said: "whaaaat the ..?" The Z386 model is indeed a well-known Ryco oil filter for Toyota Corolla cars. Would not use their service again - NEVER!!!

Their service is extremely amazing. There was a very urgent need to change a tyre for us cause of the puncture and none of the tyre shops in Auckland were opened. Hence we called up Tony and asked if he could do it for us , he immediately obliged to open up the shop for us at 8pm and changed the tyre for us. The pricing is also reasonable. He is very sincere and dedicated with the cars he handles and gives personal attention to every customer. Thank you Valley tyres.

I had a nightmarish experience on a Saturday afternoon when I realised my car wheel was seriously flat as I was headed into Auckland city and was quite far away from home. At a service station in Takapuna, I was directed to the general area where tyres place were located. My stomach turned as I realised they all had just closed within the prior hour. I happened upon Valley Tyres, a bit desperate and was amazed that they were open. Not only that, but they were very kind and accommodating. They completely sorted me out and were also affordable. I would highly recommend this place for services. However other shops around are rip offs. I could feel they are very experienced. The wheel alignment was done in minutes. Like tik-tik and tik. I Also I got shocked, without even asking one of the brothers brought me the tyre rod end results. You guys are doing an job.

Initially when my colleagues knew that the four wheel alignment took me about 10 to 15 mins,, they told me that their cars took about 45 mins . I was really angry and let a one star feedback. Later on the guy rang me and explained to me that they had two technicians worked on my car (Toyota Corolla) so it didn't take much time. He also ensured me that the job was done properly. I'm a happy customer now. Sorry for my misunderstanding.

If you want Service with a smile and that which does not hurt your pocket then I would strongly recommend Valley Tyres. Valley Tyres, I believe is an independently owned family business run by two brothers Tony and Matthew, both passionate to make it a success, by keeping their costs low and providing an exemplary service to their customers. Ever since I walked into Valley Tyres exhausted after a whole days work, I was greeted with politeness and a smile. Both Tony and Mathew together worked very effectively as a team and made sure I was well briefed on the available tyres - the pros and cons. Tony has excellent listening skills, answered my questions, understood my concerns and addressed my objections. There are a number of considerations you need to be aware of when buying tyres and Tony is the Subject Matter Expert. Their pricing is very competitive and furthermore they reassure you that if you can get a cheaper price elsewhere they will NOT Match it but BEAT IT. The tyre I wanted was not stocked on their shelves, however Tony promised me that he would speak with their suppliers the following day and get back to me. True to his word he did just that and offered me a price which far beat any other market competition. He procured the tyres on the same day within two hours after my authorisation to proceed. He fitted them that evening and completed a wheel alignment all within 45 mins. Tony loves to share his knowledge, is passionate about his work and cares for his customers. His passion, communication and work ethics has not gone unnoticed. I would strongly recommend Valley Tyres, they can be trusted and you can be reassured that you will get Value for Your Money.

Without a doubt, the best service and experience I have ever had from a tyre / motor shop! I had travelled to Auckland from Whangarei for a friends birthday and got a flat tyre in Albany. Although I had a space saver, I still needed to replace the tyre so I could get back to Whangarei for work on Monday. I tried about 10 different tyre shops, all of which were closed on a Saturday or closed early (12pm - 2pm) until finally my sister-in-law found Valley Tyres online. They were life savers! They didn't have the tyre I needed but after explaining to them that I was quite desperate they made a phone call and I drove away half an hour later with 2 new tyres and a wheel alignment all for $279 which I thought was pretty reasonable. These guys are legends. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know! Cheers guys :)

Hi i have taken both of our kids cars, one Japanese one European both times i have had a great experience , great advice and no hidden costs.

First time visiting Francis at Valley Tyres and will definitely be back next time I need to. Really friendly, accommodating service, made it easy for me to get in at a convenient time and get the job done quick and efficiently. Francis was a good bloke for a yarn as well. Often you find yourself sitting in a waiting room bored, sitting on your phone waiting for the stuff to get done. Francis seemed happy enough to have a chat in the workshop while he was sorting my tyres out. Pricing was really good also. Top bloke, nice shop, good pricing. There's a boatload of tyre shops competing in this part of the Shore, this one ticks all the boxes.
