Let me summarise:
1. Very competitively priced
2. Flexible boooking.
By that I mean you drive in and get your tyres changed. I'd argue that I have spent longer in a McDonalds Drive through than how long it took to get my 2 front tyres replaced.
3. Friendly staff

BONUS POINTS:
5. After using an impact gun to get the lug nuts on the car, a torque wrench was used to ensure the lug nuts were on securely.
Most places don't go to the extra effort or actually check the torque of the lug nuts, Gas & Tyres did.
Very impressed.

L.This was the fastest and friendliest tyre service we have ever had! We had a blow-out, and upon calling Gas & Tyre, they assured us they had the size tyre required in stock. They offered to send a service vehicle to us 20km away, but we had a spare so we drove to them. They got us right into a bay and changed the tyre straight away. Even though it only took 15 minutes, the lovely ladies in the office still offered and made me a flat white coffee while I waited. Such quality and service can not be matched!!!

P.Last month I shredded a tyre on a rental Holden Arcardia on a back road north of Dargaville. It was a Continental tyre so none in stock but they had one couriered up from Auckland overnight and were back on the road the next morning by 8am. Top service.

c.Excellent Service highly recommend!! Stranded side of road just north of Maungaturoto on our way back to Whangaparaoa from Dargaville yesterday (Sunday) with blow out in our 4 wheel truck!! Phoned Gas & Tyre Dargaville and got prompt reply and call out response. Wonderful service from the tyre repair guy that came to our assistance!!!!
P.Attended this business as we had a screw embedded into one of our tyres, no knowledge of the company or the area. International travellers with a hire car, in other words at the mercy of a crook. What we found was an absolute great expirence. Firstly John removed the screw to see if it was actually a puncture but finding it was. Vehicle into a bay and his guys got to work. They were like a well oiled machine, tyre off, puncture fixed, balanced and pressured then back on the car and torque tested the wheel studs cable tied the rim back on ( hire car) then done. Simple to deal with and thorough. Also very good price. Wish we had that kind of service back in our home area of NSW Aust. Job well done John and your team. Very impressed.
P.Had a van with 6 snow tyres replaced in prep for resale. Price as fair and competitive - service excellent.
Also had two new Continental UC6 tyres fitted to a Prius along with a wheel alignment organised and by John. Vehicle dropped of at my work (5mins away) same morning. Again excellent service.
Re the alignment and Contis: The drive is noticeably better and I had occasion to unintentionally test the Contis grip in the wet on a wrong camber corner I came into a bit too fast at dusk. They just hang on without fuss. So - quieter, smoother and excellent performance - totally worth that little extra.
