D.First time being here, daughter recommended, service was tops, really pleased with my 4x new tyres cheapest by far. It was also cool to observe the staff banter, singing and laughs between each other clearly they are happy in their jobs rare to see these days this tells me it's a reputable, honest business. Cheers
J.I've been coming to Budget Tyres for over ten years and have never had a bad experience.
I always get a great price and the service is fantastic. The team morale seems high and the guys are always working hard.
This particular time, their computer said they had two of my tyres in stock but they couldn't be found in the shop. The guy sourced some more and did a deal on each one because they'd quoted me relatively low already. Not their fault and helped me out anyway!

The customer service is great there, the workers are super helpul however the guy that was working was called away to look for tyres and my car was left unattended.
Two customers after me were served before
and completed while my car sat there. Maybe they prioritize customers that buy tyres before anyone else?
Anyways, that made me pretty angry, I'm a nice person and deserve to be treated fairly.
S.Go two tires replaced, staff were super friendly and helpful seemed like a good bunch of guys. Only look around 30minutes even though it was quite busy. Sat in the staff room had good aircon and water cooler as was a hot day. Awesome that they are open until 2pm on Saturday.

I.No attention to detail, twice they have lost the nuts of my wheel and they always screw the nuts too tight meaning I cannot unscrew them myself. Such a pain when I have a flat tire and I can’t even unscrew it to change the wheel.

J.All I can say is FAST...And when you are tired and finish late at work these guys are open till 5.30pm and will definitely make time for you!! Always great service I've never had a bad experience in all of my visits! Easy access and easy to get out! Its on a main road but their signs are bold so you cant miss it! I paid Budget Tyres for two new rear tyres. When I got home I found I was charged for two new tyres but had second hand tyres on the the rear of my car.
This was my second time using Budget and the second time the tyres were not what I paid for (the first time the replacement tyre had a bubble in the side wall, the installer turned the bubble to the inside where it could not be seen and then installed the tyre backwards).
Now was the second time and the second problem and I was fuming.
Before starting this review and going back to the store I did a good check of all the tyres on my car.
Budget has put the new tyres I paid for on the front and moved the older front tyres to the rear. My car is a front wheel drive so this puts the best tyres in the best place. Good work on the extra thought and effort put in fellas. Thank you. Please let your customers know the extra work you put into their vehicles because it keeps us informed on our vehicles and prevents misunderstandings. Overall they had a great team today: motivated, friendly and really seemed to enjoy their work.

m.First time going here, needed to replace a tyre and was given the option of a second hand at $90. Was unfortunate for me but they were fast and friendly. I went first thing when they opened and beat the rush.

N.These guys are great, it's good to see men happy in their work and this flows on down to the excellent service I have recieved there multiple times now. Today I went in with a flat tyre on my ride on mower apparently there was no hole in it (they put it back on the rim) and when I got back to pick it up they told me why it went flat and gave me clear instructions on how to avoid it in future and didn't charge me. I was insistent that I wanted to pay them (fairs fair) but they wouldn't take any money luckily I had a bag of lollies in the truck so gave the boys them. Great guys they have been my go to place for a while and it was just reconfirmed today.
J.I have to wait a little longer than I was asked, but not too much. They are very busy people, but are so willing to discuss matters with you and give you helpful information. A great service.

J.Sunday morning driving and discovered a bolt screw buried in our front left tyre. Fortunately the screw-bolt head sealed the air in so we could still drive. Only place in Hamilton I could find open on a Sunday morning was Budget Tyres. The crew were excellent. Great professional and friendly service. L.Friendly helpful staff. I bought two 2nd hand tires there. Went to get my warrant that same day but the tires didn't pass the test. I went back to Budget tires and they replaced the tires and I was able to get the warrant. If not for that hitch I would have given 5 stars. The staff are good.

F.I'm a regular here. Awesome service but I miss Jason who always gave fast, happy service. Doesn't seem the same without him. Before I'd leave to go on a long journey I'd drop in and ask him if my tyres would be safe enough to make the trip, he'd check them and say yep treading is still good to go. Always gave me peace of mind. Even now all the young men in fact all of the guys are so cool to communicate with. Best tyre place in Htown. I don't think anyone can beat or match Budget Tyres for honesty price, awesome work done and leaving with an assured peace of mind. Very happy returning customer. Cheers 👍

S.Damian needs a pay rise! I walked into the office and when greeted by reception I told her that I noticed a flat tyre on my car when I stopped for icecream up the road, so I walked down seeking help. Damian overheard so approached me and said "no stress, get in the van I'll take you down and fix it". He put the spare on, had me drive it back to Budget Tyres and then repaired the flat tyre (which had a screw in it) all for $25. Value for money or what?!? Jeebas! I can't thank the team enough!!

c.Not sure if they do wheel alignment and wheel balances accurately which is kinda disappointing and a waste of money asking for one of these services maybe they need a qualified mechanic doing this sort of work not just a tyre changing labourer but overall fast efficient and friendly service
