The location makes it a good place to walk around to see a variety of shops. The range of services and honest competitive pricing have made this a one stop shop for me.

L.Arrived without booking just to have a slow leak/puncture checked and repaired, the Salesperson (Harpreet Singh) explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy for me to understand. I enquired about balance and alignment and Harpreet advised 1 x Wheel Alignment Service would be $96 but recommended their Wheel Alignment Discount Certificate which includes 5 x Wheel Alignment Service for only $229 and can be used for up to 3 vehicles over 2 years. Great Value and an excellent Customer Service experience.
A.Friendly greeting, recommended best tyres for the car, located tyres, went and got them from another store, changed tyres and wheel balance all within an hr.
J.Nice friendly informative staff. Do like to up sell tho. I know men aren’t the best at noticing grubby but you need to pay attention to the state of your public toilet room and the area around your hot drink dispenser. If a customer needs to spend a few hours waiting for work to be completed, the waiting area should be clean.

S.Puncture repair job was done to a satisfactory standard. I received good service from the mechanic, however I was quoted to replace wheel bearings that only needed adjusting. A friend did that for me for a box of beers - the quote was circa $400 so for this reason I won't return. The man who served me at the till didn't have very good customer service skills. I found the waiting area to be comfortable. 3/5 from me.

D.I got 4 brand new 33 inch mudtyres for my 4x4. The staff are very helpful and co-operative. They have balanced all my wheels and I got an alignment. The tyres look awesome and I know that my truck is going to drive a lot smoother and be much safer on the road.
