o.Just brought our honda cr-v and the owner was very accomodating. He gave us a number of options and honest suggestions. The shop has different sorts of tires and has many stocks. Pretty awesome shop in Napier!

H.Extremely helpful! Had a flat tire a few KMs from Tiger Tyres, they lent us tools we were missing to help get our spare tire on and then quickly changed our tire once we arrived. Fantastic customer service - even drove out to where we were parked to help with changing our tire when we had issues
S.Byron was just about the only guy working on the day after new year. On his own he helped out several holiday makers with punctures He was patient and sympathetic throughout and sent us off with a smile. Everyone was truly grateful. Customer service personified. Many thanks indeed to tiger tyres.
