Only tyre shop i go too james and his team are excellent and sharon the office lady is a hoot always have a laugh so nice and friendly and they remember repeat customers been going their for 20 years

Great service and very friendly staff. Walked in with no appointment booked as I had a flat tyre, ended up needing 2 new tyres, no pushy sales for the most expensive tyres and the service was super quick. Thank you for helping me so quickly and efficiently.

Absolutely outstanding service we’ve received today! Took a tyre in that had a huge staple in it. In 40mins it was repaired, with assistance given getting it into the car. Friendly, professional and we won’t be going anywhere else! Especially after visiting another business first and receiving the complete opposite service.

Very friendly staff. Quick fix for low price. We needed wheel alignment and it cost only $68 and they fix it in - 20minutes! Nice lounge with free coffee while waiting.

GREAT service! We came here with a rental car to have the tires checked out after a screw was seen in the tire. Mike helped us and had the tire patched super quick in less than 30 mins before closing. Highly recommend!

Very good place. Always reliable and very quick to fix any tyre issue, big or small. Last time our tyre was leaking from the valve. They had a look at it and fixed it for free while we waited. Generally, their prices are very good and always well staffed to make sure the job is done fast.

Very welcoming, super service, not to mention super efficient. Our tyre was repaired and replace within 15min and everyone we talked to made us feel very welcomed. Would definitely recommend them.

What an outstanding Team, we were travelling from National Park to Auckland and needed to get a Tyre replaced. They ordered the Tyre in the morning (it was couriered from Hamilton) and we were back on the road by the end of the work day. Super efficient, great price and very easy to deal with.

Had a massive puncture on 35's (large mud tyres) passing through Taupo. Dropped off and picked up within an hour. Met and greeted professionally, said was going to call if they had any issues. No call, picked up one hour later. High level of service.

I came into the store at opening on a Wednesday with a punctured tyre - as it turns out, it had been double punctured and was nearing bald. These guys threw on a spare tyre the had kicking around out back (with more tread than my current one) and had the car back out on the street within 45 minutes, and charged nothing - I can only assume out of wanting me to get back to Tauranga safely where the car could be fully serviced. The world would be a far better place if more outfits like this one existed. Cheers guys!!

Great service but jesus do they know how to charge which is a trait of taupo and its tradesmen. Been burnt plenty of times.
