From the first email I sent to Amy @ QBT, there was a very consistent trend of her always going well beyond what she needed to do, to make sure I was getting the most out of my time at Queenstown, with the best of the MTB scene. Even when things outside of her control were playing against us, she always found a way to make things work. It was so much more than just good customer service; would highly recommend Amy's support for anyone keen on a good mountain biking experience across different parts of Queenstown!

We spent 2 days with QBT and their service was exceptional. The second day in Alexandra with 2 guides and Amy at the wheel was the best day of riding that I have ever had. These guys can cater for ALL your MTB needs. Amy went out of her way to look after us even collecting us from our AIRBNB and dropping us with all our gear at the bus stop. Thanks again for a memorable experience.

Had an amazing experience getting shuttles with QBT up Coronet! Amy was absolutely brilliant, always ready at the bottom of the trail to load our bikes for another lap. She even took some photos and videos for us! We had a blast, highly recommend QBT to anyone wanting MTB shuttles in Queenstown!

Brilliant experience. We biked in Rude Rock with spectacular views! Queenstown Bike Taxi was a superb addition to our adventure holiday!! Amy was fun, energetic and had great stories!

We booked in for a 1/2 day Coronet Peak session of Rude Rock, Zoot and Skippers plus also opted to add on the descend to Arrowtown and we weren't disappointed! Amy and co we're FANTASTIC right from the convenient pick up at the Queenstown School to the friendly chatty ride up the mountain. Amy helped us all get to know each other to make the day even more enjoyable with new riding buddies. The shuttle vans had plenty of tools onboard for on the spot mechanicals and the turnaround uplifts were quick! I'd definitely recommend these guys if you have a day to check out other areas of Queenstown outside of the bike park. Thanks again for a memorable day on the mountain!

Amy put together 4 days of an awesome mix of shuttled riding, lift accessed riding and backcountry trails that included the best of what the region had to offer. Everything was organised for us and all we had to do was turn up with our bikes. All the staff were extremely friendly and had heaps of local knowledge for us to access. Way easier than trying to figure it all out with a rental car. We would definitely do it all over again. Thanks Amy and the crew for such a great mountain biking experience.
