One of the best travel agents around. I have been dealing with them for years now but last couple of years have been tough on everyone and especially when travelling with the crazy rules and complications with travel the support I got from especially Prasant was amazing and I'm really grateful for all the help. Thanks team for your 5star service. Keep it up.

i had a fantastic experience with them. our ticket representative was Tithi and I never had good customer service as we received from her. she was patience and simplicity in explaining the matters of tickets. we didn't paying $200 more than what we were getting online. Thanks Tithi and Eco travels.

Gowri Shankar provide exceptional service. He went out of his way to answer all our queries. He has good knowledge of the products and has great customer service skills. He made us feel valued. We had decided to go with another agency but we released our booking and changed to Eco Travels because of Gowri. Keep up the good work.

Awesome service!! 5 Star is not enough.. Mr. Gowri Shankar was very helpful and kind. Due to urgent circumstances, I have to travel from NZ to IND. In this pandemic I had no idea about all the rules and regulations about the international travel. I got the emergency WhatsApp up number for the Ecotravel from my friend. I message them in late night and got the full support and guidance at the same time. Not only they help me to find the flight but also help me to find the doctor, Laboratory, Hotel and any online service were I needed during my travel. Shankar you are star and God bless you.!! Tithi was excellent in providing the services and all the relevant information required as my partner is getting prepared to travel with 11 months boy I was very concerned about her and my boy travel because of the ongoing covid situations. Thank you eco travels- great stuff Just one last thing the phone line isn’t clear, it took a second every time to hear on the other side may be it’s just my phone or don’t know but anyways overall service is great

They really came through during some tough times for us. The agents were extremely empathetic to our situation, offered honest advice and did their very best to help with our plane tickets, flight schedule changes and MIQ booking.

I had my experience with executive Tithir Mondol , she has been really helpful and went above and beyond to help me with general domestic flight questions as well , I loved her behaviour and speaking techniques.

Tithi was amazing in providing excellent customer service and going above n beyond whenever required. We took the flight within 24 hours after booking. Although we had a hiccup in Dubai, Tithi was calm in handling stressful situations and provided the best course of action. Will definitely recommend others to try EcoTravels and ask for 'Tithi'. Appreciate it & will return back to plan the next trip. ☺️

ANKITA KANSARA is the name from eco travels When u want to book tickets or if u have any questions ..very friendly and always there to help when you need ..she is so kind and responsive and value customers ..i was in india for few months and she sort out my MIQ and Ticket..there was time difference but still after hours she was available to help no matter what time that was .. i really appreciate her help and support throughout .. she was responding every question and messages straight away even it was after hours. She is really kind and helpful . I would definitely go eco travels and thank her personally .. thank you ankita and eco travels :) keep it up ☺️

It's nice to talk to tahsan as he is available for us 24×7 to help not to book the flight but after that and in-between in our journey.its very NYC to be in touch h with eco travels and especially to tahsan Emon.

When I first contacted Mr Rajib Debnath from ECO travels, Auckland, I found he has a hassle free booking process and having many alternate options for our travel. I spotted, Mr Rajib very well understands the customer's requirement, situation and expectation. After my tickets booking, I got to cancel the tickets due to various reasons and Mr Rajib is there with his best risk mitigation plans to achieve customer's maximum satisfaction both economical and peace of mind. The way Mr Rajib tackled the situation, I was wondering that I must highly recommend ECO travels for most of the people's hassle free travel around the globe (Due to my situation, I couldn't recall other agents from ECO travels, but all were supportive). I genuinely highly recommend ECO travels (5 out of 5).

JASDEEP Extremely helpful person and giving excellent customer service to us ,there are other Eco travels store that needs improvement like the one in Mount Albert staff( manager) there is not quite helpful and to much attitude.

Traveling during COVID pandemic was a herculean task. Thanks to Eco travels, my trip to and fro India was a pretty smooth sail. A special thanks to Ankita who co-ordinated beautifully all the arrangements and I could call her anytime to get all my queries sorted. Special mention about the great arrangements in a new land ( Dubai- where I had to stay for 14 days), no reminder calls were required for pick and drop from airport, RT PCR tests or any other arrangements. KUDOS TO THE TEAM OF ECO TRAVELS !!!!

Ankita Kansara is an absolute star! From assisting me with my travel queries and flight arrangements, she not only limited her service to issuing tickets but also made sure she kept following up when My fathers flight got cancelled on the day of departure. Ankita was at it again working extremely hard to ensure we get the earliest possible flight. Over the last few years I have been booking tickets online but given the restrictions with COVID, I made the best decision to work with Ankita! Extremely helpful staff, going extra mile to help ,there are other Eco travels store that needs improvement like the one in Mt. Roskill,lady there is not quite helpful and have laid back attitude.
