T.One of the most rememberable tours I’ve ever been on. Eric picked us up from Queenstown and took us on the 5 hour drive / tour to Milford Sound. He spoke the whole drive there explaining the history of the area as well as New Zealand over all. He stopped at various locations allowing us to take photos and humoured us the entire drive there and home. The ironic part of was is that the bus drive there guided by Eric was better than Milford Sound itself. Worth every cent
M.On the 19th March 2016 I had such a lovely trip to Waitomo Glowworm Caves and Hobbiton Movie set through Grayline Tours New Zealand. The trip exceeded my expectations (which were already incredibly high) and I highly recommend that others book a tour with Grayline!
The staff were really welcoming, super friendly and were very passionate about their work. They made sure that everyone was settled and comfortable during the whole trip, and that everyone knew what was outlined for the day. We were given bottles of water (and encouraged to take more if we wanted) and a couple of biscuits before departing. At Waitomo I had a delicious vegan lunch!! In the afternoon I had a delicious vegan afternoon tea/snack and at Hobbitton I enjoyed a complimentary cider (bottled at Hobbitton). I learned so much about the destinations and New Zealand. It was great for the tourists from overseas destinations, and who did not have english as their first language, as they were able to enjoy the experience as well through a pair of multilingual headphones. The driver also cracked a few jokes, and had a great sense of humour and a down to earth, easy going manner and very likable personality.
My trip with Grayline was all I imagined and more! It was such an amazing once in a lifetime experience, which I enjoyed thoroughly. The work that the staff do is awesome, and they really do make sure you enjoy everything to the fullest. They are so passionate about their jobs, and are so warm and friendly. I felt so relaxed during the whole trip, and was so blown away by it all! I highly recommend Grayline Tours New Zealand, and would not hesitate to use their services in the future!
